I walk up to the counter ask to ship a package, please read and sign the tablet in front of you. So I read it and I ask can you mail batteries, because i just signed that it didnt have any batteries in the package because it didnt have any in there. I was thinking what do you do if you want to mail a battery. So i asked the tall brown haired woman at the counter. Can you mail batteries? Her response was my first customer of the day has to bust my B---s, cookies. I responded asking you a question is busting your cookies, wow. I was talking to a guy and the topic of the post office came up and he said the tall brown hair complained to him that he was busting herb---s because of the way he was responding to her instruction on how to apply a return address sticker, seeing that his was crooked. While my experience with almost everyone else there has been top notch, a few of them can leave the chip off of their shoulders.

This is by far the worst post office Ive ever been to. After waiting in line for 10 minutes they finally opened the third service window but unlucky for me the long hair brunette woman I dealt with was miserable and wouldnt give me a 6" piece of tape but actually offered me a glue stick! Are you kidding me a freakin glue stick??? She said I could buy a roll of tape if I needed tape yet priority mail packages are supposed to INCLUDE tape....smh. I walked out and Ill never be back. I would never have to deal with such rude and stingy employees at my usual usps location on Washington St in Woburn. DO NOT USE THIS BURLINGTON LOCATION THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Id give them zero stars if I could. I would have my mail delivered to another post office and drive to pick it up over them. Crap service and crap employees. One extremely rude brunette lady who works the register in the morning. Short hair in a bun. Worst customer service Ive witnessed. More than countless times Ill come home from work to receive a package and theyll leave a notice saying FAILED ATTEMPT NOBODY WAS THERE TO RECEIVE. They simply leave a notice without delivering the package. Literally too lazy to step out of the truck to try and ring the doorbell. Wish I could leave zero stars.

Burlington Post Office had to be the worse experiance I ever had over the phone with a usp worker. I sent over to her in hopes she can help me locate international package that i did not understand online but instead she was cutting me off be rude, telling me theres nothing she can do for me..lol I find that actually insulting cause all i asked for was to understand that it was in custom in the U.S. I cant believe how they can be so rude to people I would not reccomend this to other people.

Is there ever NOT an extensive WAIT in line at this post office??? SLOW SERVICE is a gross UNDERSTATEMENT for what happens at this place!!! If the clerks would spend less time yakking about nonsense and nothing and pay more time and attention to alacrity and efficiency, perhaps this continual problem would subside. But thats doubtful!

There is no post office at this location. I went to Building 1 (in other words, 1 New England Executive Park), and the post office was not listed on the building directory, and I asked someone that worked there and he said there was no post office in the building, and that the closest one was the do-it-yourself post office in the mall.

The management in this branch, is simply awesome. Even under unforeseen cases where the packages were lost because of the name change, they made exceptions and made sure they provide good customer service. The Delivery Supervisor, Keith was just amazing. Thanks USPS, Burlington!

Terrible. Line was incredibly long, had one employee working the midday rush... and she wasnt too happy with her job. I asked for one piece of tape to secure a package I was going to drop in the box, and was told pretty rudely to buy a roll and get back in line. Eugh.

The Worst customer service I have EVER SEEN. I have an issue every time I go there and all the people have a horrible attitude, especially Beverly. We get it, no one wants to go to the post office, but if she wasnt so nasty then the customers wouldnt be either.

Great place for Sunday shipping and stamps purchased out of the lobby kiosk it has all you need. Cool mailbox and nice modern clean lobby. I wish all towns had this type of setup
