As an immigrant with family overseas, I spend a lot of time at the Riverside Post Office and the service is always professional and friendly. But yesterday, they went above and beyond! My husband was sending 2 items overnight, so he had to make out 2 address labels and keep them with the correct envelope... in the end, he forgot his sheet with the addresses and other information in the post office. Today it arrived at our house! The post office clerk remembered who the sheet belonged to, got our address off the overnight envelopes, put it on an envelope, put the sheet inside, and gave it to the mail carrier to put in our mailbox! Too bad there are no more than five stars to give away!

Always a good experience inside!! The man who always waits on me is exceptional and patient and friendly. I love having it so close. Parking lot is really small and people with out handicapped placard always park in the only handicap spot and its so rude and just plain ignorant.

I love a post office where I can just go in and out and have my business taken care of quickly and efficiently. That is the case at the Willett Ave. branch. Parking lot is small as others here have said.

Clerks are unpleasant and rude and have been on multiple occasions. Parking lot is small and service is slow...always.
