**Amendment to previous review - I spoke with the owner who explained that the whole wknd was the perfect storm b/c they were moving locations and their phone lines were down. He assured me that the guy who kept leaving was let go. We are now working out a fair price based on the experience b/c he wants to make it right. They are a start-up company and I want to support local business. During our conversation I gave a lot of feedback to hopefully help this business succeed. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER - TOTAL SCAM, HIRES DAY HELP (WHO ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS AND RENTS A U-HAUL) OWNER TURNS PHONE OFF AND HASNT EVEN CONTACTED ME SINCE I STOPPED PAYMENT ON HIS CHECK • I was quoted 3 movers and we had 2 and one that came and went • These gentlemen were NOT professional movers, they were hired for day work and could tell they have never moved anything. My husband had to move everything with them • B/c of their in-experience, it took them almost 3 hours to load my house, which did NOT include any MISC boxes only larger furniture • Through loading, they damaged my wood floors in multiple areas, so bad that we will need to pay a professional to buff out in order for us to close with new owners • Our dressers and armoire were also scuffed • Our daughters crib was first tried to jam through a doorway leaving it covered in white paint and then when attempted to dissemble, the screw hole was damaged and splinters off leaving the crib trashed, forcing me to go buy a new one and assemble $150 • By the time we arrived at new address my husband and I put our bed together ourselves b/c they had already been here far too long and were no help • To start the day off – they were over 2 hours late and I had no way of getting a hold of you b/c you turned you phone off

I hired these young men for a move from Lowell to Methuen. I have to say I was impressed and would use them again for sure. They were on time, treated my belongings very carefully, and the price was very fair. I was located on the 3rd floor of an older home so they had to carry some heavy furniture down 2 flights of narrow steep stairs and some narrow doorways. If you are moving these guys are the ones to call for sure! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

These men are so fun to be around and most of all respectful. I gave them a 5 star rating because they pay close attention to what is being asked. My husband and I were going through a hectic move and the movers were in and out pretty fast. Thank you again "Zulu Moving Company"!!!!

Fantastic experience with Zulu Moving and Storage! Of course moving is always a drag but these guys made it as painless as possible. What took 2 of us 3 hours to load into the storage unit, the Zulu movers unloaded in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

They really helped me out in a pickle! The owner took time out of his Sunday to help me load a few of the heaviest things I had for my move. He took great care to pack properly and make sure everything was secure on the truck! Highly recommend!!
