Probably the most unprofessional hair shop Ive been to. Twice Ive made appointments in advance only to have the stylists not be there and no one had the courtesy to call me in advance or apologize when I showed up. I got little sense that the stylists or management cared about their customers or were interested in building a regular clientele. Much turnover among staff. $32 for the same haircut you can get at other chains for $15, and I seldom received the little "extras" to justify the price. I did find a good stylist there and went to her for over a year but I endured a lot of poor service, lack of return calls, bad attitude by managers, etc. If I paid that kind of money for a franchise, Id make sure my customers were happy. Sorry Morris, you lost me, and judging from the relative lack of business at that shop, many others too.

Ive been going since the store opened and love it. I used to dread getting my haircut at the local Super Cuts franchise because of the crowds, long wait times and inconsistent haircuts. Now, I actually look forward to getting my haircut at Knockouts because the experience has been so positive. The stylists take thier time, do a great job and are all genuinely nice people. As an added bonus, I have also started getting regular massages their which have also been super. The price is more than a Super cuts but well worth the extra money. Give it a try - you will not regret it!

Even on your first visit they will get your haircut right and every time after that. Big fan of reviewing notes from the last visit to make decissions on your new cut. Consistence is stellar, additional services (I.e. 2 washes, hot towel, straight razor line up, beard trims, premium Paul Mitchell Shampoo, Condition, and product to make sure your good to go when you walk out. Staff is super nice and you cant beat having your own tv to watch while getting trimmed. Havent been disappointed in 2 years of their service.

Ive been going here for well over a year and I think the service is fantastic. The price is higher then the average chain but the quality and atmosphere make it worth it. Ive had the same stylist since day one and the only time she wasnt there for an appointment, one of the other girls took me on the spot and also did a great job. Highly recommended if you want your hair cut in a friendly and sports themed environment.

Been going there since it opened had multiple problems with multipe visits over that time, just recently set up an 11:30 appointment,at 11:45 I left. Second time I set an appointment and was blown off. Another time I sat in a chair for 15 minutes when they opened while the manager went out back with her dunkin donuts coffee. This most recent visit is my last.

Great stylists in an upscale setting for your mens grooming needs. Sara did a great job and was super friendly. Only downside is the price but thats not the employees fault.
