I had to go to this location after the North Reading Supercuts gave me the worst hair cut Ive ever had and got into an argument with me in front of customers and other stylists. Everyone I encountered at this location was very friendly. The young lady that fixed my hair went above and beyond to try to make my unpleasant experience at the other location better. Its a clean Bright shop. Not sure Ill be going back to supercuts but if I do Ill return to this location.

My stylist, Amy, was excellent! She asked me perfectly relevant questions in a timely and systematic manner. She was very careful, polite, and professional. Her rapport with the other stylist also seemed professional which is a major plus. The salon was clean and orderly. I absolutely loved my experience and will not go to the other, more expensive salons Ive been going to in the past.

Been going to Supercuts for over 10 years now, was really glad to hear one opened near my place. I have now been going to this location for a couple of years and am happy to say that the Supercuts standards have been well maintained by them. Staff is very helpful and always cheery - great place. My 7 year old son also goes with me and loves the place.

Always very accomodating. I make it a point to see Emily for my haircut and my "grey blending". Also she has been amazingly compassionate the last two times I have seen her as I have been dealing with loss of family members
