Our experience with J.P. McCurdy, Jack and his team was great from start to finish. Jack is extremely knowledgeable about all things electrical and had several great suggestions for us along the way. His team showed up on time every day and got tons accomplished each day. We were amazed at what they were able to do in five days! . We coordinated everything through Jack. We found him to be very responsive and receptive. We were very pleased with all their work. Our house really did look better when they were done. The recessed lights came out great, better than Id hoped. They took care of getting the electrical permit and having their work inspected. I was also impressed that Jack called me a few days after the work was completed to find out if everything was okay and ask if we were satisfied with all their work and was there anything else we needed or that they could do. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician and would definitely have them back to do more work in the future.

Services provided include electrical panel upgrade, exterior fixture replacement, and interior switch replacement. Future work is planned and anticipated to continue with them. For the Panel upgrade, I worked with Karl. The panel upgrade went smoothly. The crew was professional and very informative as they explained their work as it related to the context of our older home. They were patient with my hovering and informative with my questions while they diligently worked away. For the other work and future work, I am currently working with Mike C. He is diligent with detailed price quoting and scope description so that we can determine which projects we want to take on either due to timing, budget, scope of work, etc. This type of project management/dialogue is particularly helpful for us to tackle projects for our older home in a manageable manner. For the actual work done recently, their crew reflected a consistent theme of JP McCurdy as thorough, informative, professional, accommodating, etc.

McCurdy Electric installed an automatic gas generator for outside the house. I have a lot of outside pumps so if electricity goes off it is not good. The pump is a lot of electrical work. It is excellent. They always come when they have agreed to. McCurdy will come that day or the next day if something doesnt seem to be up and running yet. The McCurdy team are always courteous.
