Scott does not listen well. As I tried to explain the problem I was having, he continued to misunderstand the situation because he talked over me. When I asked him to please listen, he condescendingly told me how much plumbing experience he had. I found him rude and unpleasant. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day, but I wont take a chance by calling back.

My dad uses Willard, against my request. Would not recommend. He is rude, does not listen well, and expensive for what he does.
