Our old water heater failed, as will happen. Coworkers referred me to Justins Clean Wave Plumbing & Heating. Justin answered the phone promptly, listened to my problem, asked a couple of questions, gave me an estimate, and arranged to come replace it right away. He showed up with his crew and a new gas water heater, removed the old one, installed the new, taught me how to light the pilot, explained the controls, and we were all set! Hes also taking care of the permit and getting it inspected by the City. Great service at a good price! What more can I ask for? When the next problem comes up, I know who Im calling. Heartily recommended!

Really positive experience. Justin was very communicative. I was getting frustrated with playing phone tag with other plumbers call service centers, so it was great to find someone who responds really quickly to e-mail. The job was done quickly, didnt leave a mess, sent a sales receipt via e-mail that day, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Justin does fantastic work and has bailed us out of a couple situations: broken hot water heater and locked up heat pipe. Both problems happened in the winter and Justin was able to come out very quickly and help us out. We recommend CleanWave without hesitation.
