I recently purchased Euros from this AAA office. They said it would take a week in receiving them: they were there in two days! The service was outstanding. Both the person who took my order and the one who gave it to me when I went to pick up were extremely nice and accommodating. I have used the office many times before: for personalized maps, for two road trips (Boston to Virginia using the best scenic route, and Boston to Memphis, hitting great highlights and a 10 day road trip to the Canadian Maritimes.!); travel information, travel gadgets and many more. I highly recommend them!

Problem Pregnancy
While planning our family vacation to Germany- I stopped in at AAA at least three times to discuss various issues. The questions I did have they could not answer and while they KNEW we were renting a car to drive around Europe-- no one ever thought to tell us that we needed an international license (which they would provide) so we could not drive in three of the countries we planned to visit. I have had other issues with this branch-- they do not have any idea what they are doing here.

The family and I went to AAA just before closing to get passport photos. We were treated kindly and the man taking the photos we pleased to take extra photos to be sure we liked them. They came out great and were presented in a nice little booklet. We also had questions and need for maps and info for an up coming trip. The woman that helped is could not have been nicer and more willing to see that we got the information we needed.

I recently went to Ireland to visit my family. I purchased Euros through AAA Marlborough, it was a simple transaction and no fees, you have to love that. Going through a bank there are fees and banks are not very interested in helping. No matter what you need information on regarding travel its one stop shopping at AAA. Super staff

I went to AAA to exchange some dollars for euros. The people behind the counter were extremely responsive, acknowledging every walk-in, and assuring them someone would be right with them, and they were. They all smiled and were friendly at all times. I stopped back in a few days later for the euros and the same great service.

Great service at this AAA site. We visit this site to buy gift cards and the crew know us by now. Chad, the branch manager takes the time to call his customers when there are special offers on some of the gift cards. They always welcome us with a smile and remember our names. Was going to Canobie Lake park on a Saturday morining and stopped in to buy my tickets. They offer $6 off adult price and when we got to the park we could just walk in. Service was quick and very friendly. Will use them for all tickets I can purchase from them.

The Marlboro AAA office always takes great care of me. Last time I was in to buy Regal Cinema tickets they were friendly as usual, and although the office was busy I hardly had to wait. I like the office and the people there very much. Thanks again.
