Have always gotten friendly, efficient, professional customer service at Franklin AAA. I stopped in 5 minutes before closing on Friday afternoon to ask about fees for passport photos, intending to return at a more convenient time to do it. My question was answered, and the gentleman added "We can do it right now, if youd like." I would readily have returned, understanding the draw of closing time on a sunny summer Friday. We took care of it all in minutes, with no sense of being rushed. Thats the sort of thing which adds value to membership at every visit. Thank you.

AAA always delivers. This visit Rebecca Lamb helped me book a car rental & hotels, and was able to find what I wanted at an excellent price, and it was so easy & pleasant! FYI: Last summer my daughter turned 21 on a Saturday and would not have been able to get the coveted "horizontal license" at the registry until Monday, prohibiting the much desired "legal" celebration. But AAA came through, as it has 5 branches open Saturdays in Massachusetts that provide registry services. Smile on my daughters face....priceless!

I love AAA and have been a member for 15 plus years. Every experience has been positive. My last trip to the Franklin, MA location was again great. I purchased theme park tickets and ordered a Trip-Tix for our upcoming road trip to Florida. I also have used the AAA discount for our hotels stay while on vacation and this has more than paid for the membership.

Ordered a TripTik picked it up a couple days later in Franklin. The office was very clean, the people were very nice and I was very surprised at the amount of information the trip tik provided. The only down side was the office rather large and the place was very packed with people but it didnt seem like they had enough staff. Otherwise AAA+ service!

The store is in a good location easy in and easy out. They were able to help us with a trip to Hershey Park. They were able to get us addition discounts due to AAA appreciation days. I was told about a promotion to receive passes for a substantially reduced price if I opened a credit card. I declined, but it was nice to know. I always use this office and have never been disappointed.

I got my first auto loan through this office. Alyssa was my loan officer and she RULES! My auto dealer was trying to give me an awful rate and she stepped in and nearly cut that in half! She was very patient and went the extra mile! Thanks to her I have a low monthly payment! Love AAA!
