Marian from Premium Q Moving and Storage first came out to our residence to see all that needed to be moved in order to give us an accurate estimate. Working with them first over the phone and then in person was a pleasure. Marian and his staff arrived to the house promptly on the day of the move and proceeded to help us finish packing before loading the truck. They wrapped everything in blankets and removed the legs from the furniture. They were so professional and pleasant, that I felt like we had really lucked out. Once at the new residence, they unloaded quickly and placed the right furniture and boxes in the corresponding rooms. They were very pleasant to work with and they did a great job. We did have an issue in which they underestimated the size of our move. In addition to a 26 foot truck, we could have filled another 16 foot truck. As a result, a lot of our boxes and some small furniture pieces were left behind. Marian offered to come back with his crew a few days later in order to finish the move. We got too anxious and didnt want to wait because we were on a deadline to get moved out, so we rented a U-Haul and hired two men to help us load and unload the rest of our things. All in all, we were very happy with Premium Q Moving and Storage staffs professional attitude, excellent packing skills and their conscientious work ethic in getting the job done carefully and in a timely manner. I am getting ready to move again next week, and after getting bids from movers closer to where we live now, I decided to contact Marian to give him a chance to bid as well. Marian offered us a discount to compensate for the issue that we had over 1.5 years ago, and I am happy to report that we are giving this company another chance to make things right, and we are grateful for the discount, and look forward to working with Marian and his crew again.

We hired Premium Q for both packing and moving from Medford, Ma to Cape Cod. A crew of 4 packed the kitchen, electronics & all picture frames, and the next day same crew completed our move. We also had a baby grand piano that was prepared 1st day. Both days, the crew was on time, super friendly, and both efficient and careful. We really could not have asked for better service from these guys. As far as hiring them, it was a super simple process compare to a lot of moving companies out there. I feel like a lot of these businesses still do have their process like in the early 2000. After I filled out their online form on a weekend, I got the estimate within 1 hr. A short conversation over the phone followed by online booking was under 5 minutes. I received a confirmation email with all details & a lot of moving tips to follow, which were very helpful. Packing was on the high end of the estimated range but since I didnt have much time for it made perfect sense, and the move was on the lower end. Were really pleased with the service and great value. Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. I had previously hired them to move me from one apartment in Cambridge to Davis Square, and they not only moved me but helped with a lot of the set up that I couldnt manage myself. This second time, they moved us from a difficult to access apartment across the city, and their speed, professionalism, and eye for detail goes unmatched. Marians guys are always courteous, careful, double check fragility of items, and do a final walk through with you to make sure everything is as you need it to be in the new place. The 10 free boxes they give are the perfect way to jump start your move and stave off packing procrastination! We will never use another moving company in Boston - Marians team is simply unparalleled. Thanks guys!

We moved from Boston to New Jersey this month and the experience with these guys was excellent. We do not have much experience with moving compnies, we took quotes from many vendors which also included some of the very reputed moving companies. Those companies were charging very high for the move. We came to know about Premium moving service from internet, saw some reviews which were excellent, hence we though of going ahead with them. They made the moving very easy for us, they were very professional in their work at the same time had a personal touch in their packing. They took care of every tiny detail. It was worth every penny and more. We are thoroughly satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.

A great experience with a difficult move. Wed been living 25 years in the same spot and we then moved, two adults (one disabled) and four dogs, to a different state. Premium Q was great, for a reasonable price. We planned ahead with them for the amount of stuff, number of trucks and management of a (large) number of indoor plants. The packers and movers were all great, they worked really hard and never appeared to slack off at all. Nothing was broken en route and they unpacked at our new home with great regard for appropriate placement of correctly labeled items. At every stage of the move they were efficient, kind and courteous. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I will most definitely like to have Premium Q to help me move the next time I decide to. I received a quote quickly and it was easy to book an appointment. A few days before I was to move, I needed to change the date. I thought I wouldnt be able to, but nope, it was simple and easily taken care of. The gentlemen that helped me move were very quick and nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Only reason why I took one star off is because a piece of my book case broke when the movers picked it up wrong. I was told that I was going to get a phone call for it to be replaced and never received one.

I am very happy with the services I received from Premium Q moving & storage. They were true to there word called informing me of them leaving there base good time estamate extremely organized with with loading the truck! Extremely helpful with helping set up bedroom (Sleep Number bed)! Assembling kitchen tables organizing living rooms. I will use this comany again! Very good moving services. Moving experience was good however was disappointed that I was not extended the courtesy of a call back from Sergio regarding a donation of a piano that I donated and was promised a receipt for tax purposes. Never received! Did not receive a call back to my many attempts at contacting Sergio. This has prevented me from in good conscious to not be able to give an unqualified recommendation since the chances of making contact after a move has been completed is questionable.

Great job.The guys(3 in my case) were extremely responsible & careful with all our belongings.I found them on google,and was able to get a nice discount from their website.After I received my quote,everything was done over the email basically,which was great;2 days before the move,I was called by their office to set up last details.The move went smooth and stress-free.Really hard working guys.Bottom line:will highly recommend these guys!!
