our mail has not been delivered everyday. every other day. sometimes not for multiple days. important packages have gone to wrong house often times expensive textbooks or electronics. we are on harvard circle by the high school. we have 2 day delivery and express mail not even coming in the time we PAID for. our normal person is on sick leave or something but they need to FIGURE IT OUT! important paperwork and packages being delayed affecting business and my sons school!

Have not had first class mail (customers checks) delivered for approx. 3 weeks. Only a few delivered here and there when I know they have been mailed by customers. Been at this address for 35 years!!

They also have early hours and Saturday hours; call for more information. Waits can be long Saturday just before closing. Watertown Sq also has early hours, but closes at 5.

For some reason we do not get our mail before closing each day, we do not know what is the reason for this really bad service. We do not have a steady mail man.

FYI The post office is in holiday mode now, actually they open until 4 pm today (Saturday Dec 10, 2016) and they open tomorrow from to 2 PM Sunday Dec 11, 2016.
