"Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)" I live alone on a dead end street, I have a porch that over hangs my front door, so no worry about package damage.. I was home during delivery and received no notice. I assume they just couldnt find the place my very easy to find location. I had two day delivery, which is now four, due to Sunday, and the holiday, when I needed the item. Terrible. Updated: They sent it on the Holiday, so I am much happier with my service. though it wasnt originally the delivery date, I am content with not having to wait the extra day. Thank you.

The number listed is an 800 number - just wanted to call the Woburn location to ask a question but was not connected via the recording they have set up. Incredibly frustrated. Such a pet peeve of mine that there isnt a direct number for the location posted... I hate dealing with recorded assistance verses speaking to an actual human being.
