This is by far the best post office I have EVER been to! No wait times, the office is clean and in a gorgeous historical building, its always stocked with shipping supplies (including pens), and the people who work there are so incredibly helpful. Every time I am there I get great advice on efficient packaging methods, saving me time and money. Once I was even handed a special bubble envelope (not typically provided) from behind the counter by another employee because he had overheard my conversation and wanted to help. They offer the packing tape left from previous customers instead of making you buy a new roll for $5. This kind of service is rare for any business, let alone a government business!! Its truly a pleasure going to this post office.

Bob was the sales associate who assisted me today and he was extremely condescending to me as an active duty member of the Navy. I had simple questions and he treated me like a child. Ive never in my life been treated that way. Also, Rich was the other sales associate who would not assist with a passport because it was 955am and working with passports didnt start until 1000. So we literally waited in an empty post office until he was ready to assist us. Talk about rude and unnecessary. No wonder why people hate usps. These two need to be administratively reprimanded for their lack luster service.

Friendly staff and wonderful building to get to frequent. The only thing I have against the place is not having access beyond 6pm as a po box owner. Otherwise i would have to give 5 stars. Oh and the lighting is spectacular inside the building during the 5 and 6 oclock hours. the sun is setting and beams low golden hues thru the window panes.

Purchased stamps at this Post Office on 9/28 for 5 postcards going to international destinations, and mostly the UK, which I posted close by. Not one arrived at its destination. I was more successful sending cards from India a few months ago.
