Ive put my mail on hold for vacations several times and always choose to have them deliver all accumulated mail. They only get this right about 1/2 the time, and never admit that they have made a mistake.

One of the worst POs weve dealt with. Joyce and Al are great but some staff is very rude or impolite and seems to come across as not wanting to help. Box rates are reasonable.
