We went to Bollywood grill as Andover this Sunday and had buffet. I am indian and really knows delicacies of Indian cusine very well. So, Buffet table looks properly arranged and they had so many variety for $14.99 each person. Vegetable Raita was ok and Pani puri was delicious. However, taste of some of the dishes were terrible. They had this indian sweet called " Rasmalai" which was so hard and also you could smell burned oil in their veggy pakoras. Also, take your own bottled water as you would notice oil or dirt in the water that they provide you. They ask for 18% gratuity even for buffet and dont provide much of service. For $14.95...I would give only 1 star out of 5 and will not step in again.

Family friendly and serving a tasty lunch buffet with a wide range of dishes (as well as some desert). They will also bring fresh naan right to your table rather than letting it sit out at the buffet. Just make sure not to show up too close to the end of the buffet hours, as they will start packing it up. We have also partaken of the regular menu in the evening once or twice and were not disappointed. As an added touch, the TVs are always playing Bollywood films.

I think this restaurants quality is very bad. I orded Egg Curry, what they did was they used the boiled egg and dumped it in the tomato purie something similar, taste was awaful and charged me $32.00. This is one of the worst Egg Curry I ever had in my life. Also, we ordered other food Baigan Bhartha, very poor quallity and very very expensive. I would not goto this resturant. I do not know how they run this restaurant with so poor quality food.

The food quality is pretty good here. The lunch buffet is less varied than Priya in Chelmsford. My only real complaint here is the staff. The mostly young men who work here are not very friendly, do not smile much, and ignored my wife and her female friend when they went by themselves to the point she will not go back. I think Priya in Chelmsford has better food, is a better value, and has a much friendlier and less pretentious staff.

This is one of the best places Ive been for Indian food. The vindaloo was seasoned perfectly and the lamb was cooked to perfection as well. Yes, they look closed from the outside but they are open and have very quick and great service, granted we were only one couple of two there. The pistachio chicken was fabulous as well. As simple as the coconut soup is it was extremely tasty and refreshing. This is a place to try for sure.

I ate here tonight and thought that it was superb! The only down-side was that the cup setup was just a little akward. However, atmosphere - unique and eyecatching, service - friendly, ready, and polite, the food - DELICIOUS. We ordered a papad, combo appetizer, tandoori, okra, and chicken korma (their chicken korma is to DIE for!) Please stop by and give your own review for the place, it was a tasty journey for me.

Its good quality indian food, but i think the menu is overpriced. The service is not consistant and if you like spicy indian food then this is probably not the best place for you. Because the food is really mild and best suited for non indians or people who dont thier food to be spicy. Its worth trying as the atmosphere is really good and the place is always clean.

I went here with a great expectations for vegetarian buffett and was greatly disappointed. Taste is not authentic Indian whatsoever. It did not contain all you can eat type, but with limited items. Not recommended if you are looking for authentic south indian style restaurant.

I think the food is too mild for Indian food. I asked for more spicy and they put some extra lemon juice in it ? we always gave this place a chance to serve us better, but they always fail to do so. The atmosphere and service is good but the food aint .Was very disappointed

My family has dined here several times, and we have enjoyed it every time. Fantastic food, very polite and considerate staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys Indian food. Even my nine year-old and fifteen year-old liked it!

Bollywood has a decent lunch buffet most days. Staples are tandoori chicken and chicken tikki masala. Usually another chicken dish, and 2 vegetable dishes like bhindi, saag paneer, or a korma as well. Bread, rices, salad, something for an appetizer included.

We were greeted, sat at a table, given water, and then told theyre closed. The open sign was still blinking above the door, 10 minutes after we left. I dont think Ive ever given a place a one-star rating before, but we definitely wont be trying this place again!

We had a big group here and they let us reserve a large room. We prepaid for a certain menu for the whole group. Everything was pretty good except the dessert. The first round was good but the next batch they brought out we like they forgot the sugar.

They have a really extensive menu, which is great, though its all very Americanized, as Indian food goes. If youre looking for the more authentic dining experience, this isnt it. But it does all taste good, so thats definitely worth something.

first experience with indian food here. Love it. Waitress was great at explaining the menu and suggesting different things. Not something i would like to eat all the time, but good for the occasional "different dinner outing.

I agree with another reviewer here that the food is too milder for authentic indian food. The place looks closed from outside until i went inside. Staff was great but the food taste didnt live up to the expectation.

Excellent service there. Our waitress, whom was exceptionally nice, was surprised by the fact that my party had only ordered water and offered us complimentary lassi. Great experience and great service.

Very flavorful dishes with a nice selection to choose from. My favorites are Chicken Vindaloo, if you like spicy, and Chicken Korma if not. A very ambient atmosphere. AWESOME BUFFET!

Very quiet and clean atmosphere. Nice and relaxed for dinner on a Wednesday night. Great food, fantastic gluten free dishes and also very spicy dishes for my husband (Vindaloo).

This place used to be "meh", but I think they got new owners a couple of years ago - now its great. This is now my favorite Indian place in the Boston area.

The food is absolutely amazing! The lunch buffet is a great value, but the evening dining is a whole other experience. The servers are also kind and timely.
