Swartz Catering is just AMAZING. The detail and attention given to planning, the food, the service -- everything about my daughters Bat Mitzvah was just great. We would not hestitate hiring them again even for a moment. Hats off to a great management, staff and especially the chef. The hors dourves were fantastic as was the salmon and steak entrees. The attention to detail in presentation was lovely. So many guests told me that the food was just fantastic. Thank you Sue and Howard -- you are truly pros at what you do!!!!

Howard exceeded our expectations for our wedding. We have a discerning guest list, with approximately half being French. They raved about the food! The mushroom ravioli was tender and seasoned properly, the salmon was the best Id ever had, and the beef was amazingly tender. We are very happy, and Howard is incredibly professional. You will not be disappointed.

Howard and Sue are a delight to work with: funny, knowledgeable, and creative. The staff was courteous and competent and helped keep our wedding running smoothly. Most importantly, the food was delicious! Elegant, classic, tasty dishes with beautiful presentation. I cannot recommend Swartz Catering enough!
