I have joined several gyms over the years. This is finally a gym where the owner and staff makes sure to go out of their way to get to know you! Elaine is great and the gym is always so clean and well-maintained! They have also done so much for organizations such as Scleroderma and other fundraising events! It feels nice to be part of such a place that also gives back! I am certainly a LIFER! :)

Finally a gym that isnt intimidating while also being well run, clean, with good equipment and nice staff. I would highly recommend it for moms, older people, and professionals as it doesnt seem to have uber-jocks running around in it.
