AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I signed up for personal training, and my personal trainer sent me to the hospital two weeks in with a severely bad case of rhabdomyolysis. I couldnt use my legs for two weeks, much less work them out again for another several months after this. There is absolutely NO WAY my personal trainer was certified. When this happened, I had verbally expressed that I was not feeling great, and the only thing my personal trainer responded with was "Summer guns bro, summer guns." I shouldnt have listened, as it almost caused me liver failure. Whats worse is that I moved in May and set the expectation with my trainer that May should be my last month. Its August and Im still paying $120 a month for personal training Im not using, because unbeknownst to me my trainer drafted a contract that was set to auto-renew beyond May. I would have read my contract, but I wasnt even given one to read--they just gave me a little e-sign pad and said "sign now", "sign now", and "sign now". I assumed that with this being the case, our verbal agreement would have been enough. How Naive of me. After e-mailing back and forth with the manager, I got the old "its in the contract" treatment. Absolutely DESPICABLE. So in total, Ive paid for 5 months of personal training that sent me to the hospital for a month, and has been completely unusable for another three. In addition, their personal trainers are severely underpaid (that was a conversation my trainer had with me by the way) so why should they care about NOT sending you to the hospital or screwing you over. WIFI also never works, so I hope you like working out to no music. Or, music thats cutting in and out as youre waiting for the average Gym clientele to catch the hint that they should rack their weights when theyre not using it. Seriously what a mess. You get what you pay for people, and youll definitely end up paying more than this place is ever worth in getting screwed over by a staff that simply does not care.

Very good considering this is a cut-rate gym. Very low monthly rates, helpful staff, great managers, but AWFUL management company. Messed up my debit card five times and charged me twice for it even though it was an error on their end with the card and "theyd fix it". My life savings were in the checking account that I used to pay every month, Id hope I have no issues with the amount of cash Ive got in the account. They wont take credit cards so theres no way to ensure that the cash works every time, you just kinda have to hope that the company in charge decides to get it right. Ive paid over $80 in (lack of good) service fees, so youll eventually pay more than youd spend at a premium gym. The staff they hire to help is amazing, the gym is in good enough condition with everything youd expect minus a pool, the local managers are good, but the parent company is horrible.

The classes and the teachers are terrific but the reason Im putting 1 star is because I have a problem with billing and the staff at the desk didnt do an extra step to help me. Im on the road wit almost no signal and I got charged $60 IN 3 days. I have to change my card so the card they have in record decline the payment in 3 days. The company they used ABC charge me over and over .Because it was Saturday I couldnt tak to anybody in ABC so I call the gym the women who I spoke had 0 empathy I asked her to cancel my account and she keep saying that I can only do it in person and that billing is not her problem she cant do anything. This is not the 1st time I asked the staff from help from WIFI cancel classes etc and they never have an idea.

This gym is awesome! Staff and trainers are very friendly and competent. My wife and I have been members for years. It gets very busy at times but Id recommend to go off peaks hrs. but its not too crowded, weekend are almost empty which is great. Im always happy when im there. Thanks.

I have been going to this gym for many years now and have seen it go from run down and badly managed to very well run and tremendously improved. I love the staff, they are always extremely friendly and helpful. I congratulate the new ownership on a terrific job. Thank you!

Its am OK gym but I have seen better equipped YMCAs and once something breaks it tends to stay broken. If you want no frills and cheap access with plenty of parking it will do.

Wifi rarely works. Staff are not friendly. Theres very little variety for equipment. I appreciate the parking lot, daycare and their very small all girls section.
