I went in to try and tell them that I was moving out of state in the middle of a nasty divorce so I couldnt give them proof of address of where I was going because Im going to stay with friends and they refused to cancel my membership didnt matter what I said even if I gave him proof of a moving truck if its stated that I was going to South Carolina with the moving truck they still would not cancel my membership so you know what I called my bank told my bank stop payment done over theres nothing they can do now and by the way they were extremely rude when I was trying to reason with them about this entire situation very few of us when we move out of state have a utility bill already in our hand or a rental agreement or whatever you know you trying to relocate ridiculous they just want to suck the money out of you no matter what and they wont even reason with you worst company Ive ever dealt with in my tire life

i did like Choice Fitness up until yesterday. I had cancelled my membership awhile back because I figured it was pointless to have one when my girlfriend has one and she has the gold membership which includes bringing a guest with you. Well he was going to let me come in this once with her but after that, I could not come in as a guest because I was a former member which is a really stupid thing. in other words if you were once a member there and now you are not, you cant be a guest with someones gold card?? isnt the point of the gold card that your paying $20 a month is for you and A GUEST! Your a paying customer, you should be able to bring in who you want as YOUR GUEST. I lost all respect for this place and down the line will go back to Planet Fitness. Thanks Choice Fitness

I joined last month. I bought into the Gold Membership. That means I can go to any Choice Fitness. I have unlimited tanning and I have unlimited guest passes so long as its a different guest each time. Im supposed to get a free consultation with a trainer and woo-hoo, a t-shirt. Well, it has been a month. The trainers have cancelled on me twice. Once without notice, the second time they called my home and left a message a couple hours before the scheduled appointment and I still havent recieved a t-shirt. They are rude and have no appreciation for their clients. Im regret my decision to enroll in this gym.

Very bad customer service the manager over there is very rude I call to complain about something he told me if youre going to f****** keep talking Im going to hang up the phone on u and I call because of the guy over the counter he lied to me and he told me my membership with no contract and it was a contract for years thats how they treat the customers over there route my phone call it was Friday around 12 p.m.

Dont ever go here. This is the worst gym, the vaccum in the middle of your workout. They are rude and hang up on you on the phone. The trainers think they are gods on earth. Billing and membership is a trap. I blocked them with my Amex. I have been trying to cancel since August of 2011. They lie about unlimited guest passes.

Offers a wide variety of machines, cardio equipment, and free-weights. The price is much more reasonable than other gyms (except for Planet Fitness, but that gym is very restricting to its members and not very good for weight-lifters) and the atmosphere is relaxed and bright. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I cancelled my membership over three months ago and continue to have charges posted to my account. They claim not to have received my cancellation letter and want me to come in person, which wouldnt be a problem except that I cancelled because I moved. As the gym is crappy anyway, I would NOT recommend.

Really clean, great machines, friendly staff. Suggestions? Wish it was open longer, maybe til 9 on the weekends? I also wish the magazine racks and tv stations were more diverse. Small updates like that could make the customer experience richer.

Super clean. Ultra courteous. Great equipment selection. Not your typical grunts running around a few D BAGS you know who you are. I have tried a few others Not as good very very happy over all... could use a little extended hours weekends??

Worst place ever. They make you pay 20 and tell you that you can bring a guess and now they tell you that you have restrict hours 4-8 witch is dumb. They are taking all the free weights and making it in to a girls gym

Billing practices are a scam. There are a lot of places that offer memberships for the same price without all the restrictions, such as black out days for guests.

Billing issues. Non full disclosure issues. OK gym but they do not explain their fee schedules. Caught off guard by an annual fee.
