I was a customer who asked of the "Computer Genius" to take on a project of my own. For this project was building a computer using a variety of different components. At first, I was surprised how the computer looked as well as performed however, I noticed that their had begun to be small issues. One of the issues included certain applications on Windows being unable to run. As time progressed, I found a profoundly different issue that the computer was having issues booting up. It annually crashed and began to overheat (Their was no intake fan on the computer to receive air). The computer then did not boot up at all! I was absolutely frustrated. I could have done the project myself and have done a better job. Overall, "Computer Genius" is not a bad place. You may have a different experience and possibly like their shop. I still trust this shop but, I feel this issue should have been addressed to benefit other future customers. Please note: This review was more of an evaluation of how my experience was. Your experience may vary. Most residents in the area enjoy this local establishment for their technological needs.

Do not get your phone glass fixed here. They charge more than apple for an inferior product. The glass they gave me shattered after four days from a light bump. The glass even feels cheap when swiping. I went to them with this problem and they wouldnt do anything to help. Poor customer service. Who talks to customers like that? The grumpy old man needs to retire from behind the desk if he wants his business to last. He will pretend to be your friend until you realize the garbage products they are using. No wonder the online reviews are horrible and some of the stories are comical.

Save yourself years of aggravation and never use this place. Not only were we sold terrible computers which promptly crashed within a year but the repair work they did was not completed which was found when I tried to finish repairing the computer myself. When I called them to ask them if they could relook at it I was given the rudest phone call of my entire life and told that I was a liar. Never ever use this company.

Junk!!! Absolutely hate this business. Fixed my glass screen for 130$ for them to break my ear piece now I cannot hear any incoming calls AT ALL I brought it there to complain and ask to fix it and they wont. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. Should be an option to give them no stars. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Needed new screen for laptop. GeekSquad would not take on project, They replaced for $30 while we waited. Works great. Also replaced broken iphone screen. Very helpful people. I would recommend. Very close to the UMASS Campus.

It is an authentic place. They checked my mac for three days before confirming that its not going to work. But refused to take money as they couldnt fix it. Will go there again if there is a mobile phone/laptop issue.
