Absolutely fantastic repair shop! I have been to Compucare twice in less than 6 months and both times had my laptop screen replaced. I was happy enough the first time that it was the only place I would think to go again. As a student, I was very uncomfortable with leaving my laptop with a repair shop, likely to be without it for days on end. I am happy to say that I was only without it for 24 hours. Allan is very knowledgeable and took great care of my laptop. In addition to the repair, he cleaned the exterior too! Very quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. Honestly, I do not think I could have done better. I am thoroughly impressed with Compucares speedy service.

I know little about computers and was struck with a virus on Christmas Eve. After researching a few options on the South Shore, I stumbled on Compucare. Mr. Wright looked into all facets of my computer, from virus protection to the cleanliness of my screen, and was friendly and reasonable throughout the process. Turnaround was fast and I had my computer within a few days. Compucare is a well managed business. It is less expensive than Best Buy and Staples and is run by an intelligent man who has been in the industry for many years. I could not recommend any higher.

After inviting trouble into my computer, I got in touch with my former HS classmate to see if he could recommend someone in my area that I could take my laptop to to get it cleaned up! Instead, Allan was able to help me himself remotely from his location....spending nearly two hours with me!!! I was completely in awe of his expertise....made this computer illiterate person feel so much better! Dont hesitate to give Allan a call if you have any kind of computer issue!!!

The service and follow up from Compucare is exceptional! The response time is fantastic and they always take the time to offer suggestions with various options for you to consider. As our computers are our lifelines to work, having Compucare as a resource provides the peace and security I need to know my problems will be resolved. For times when you are not in crisis, they also provide new computer setup and complete back up… full service!

Professional, honest, and first-rate service. Allan resurrected an old PC of ours quickly, and without cutting corners. He also recommended a security program to help avoid further issues... and even threw in a recycled battery for the machine! Im so glad I found Compucare and plan to use them again when I need support.
