Damn poor! Very nice, on time pleasent techs. However, what I wanted was to be able to transfer vinyl and cassettes to disc, Bought $300 turntable , $550 receiver, $200 dual cassette, and $300 cd recorder. They have been to my house 3 times (The 3rd visit was gratis) and I still have not been able to transfer even 1 track of vinyl or tape. Secondly, they based the charges on my tv size!!! My Tv was just fine the way it was, Now I can no longer use my sound bar. So. in the end. 5 very nice, prompt, clean techs, 3 huge disappointments. Never again!! NEVER!!!

I had a computers cleaned. I was quoted $100.00. The manager at the Danvers Ma. store kept adding on hidden extras. Like if you wan us to guaranty your pictures we have to put them on an external hard drive, $120 more. Next phone call was we can not guaranty any of your business programs will be on your puter unless you pay us another $100.00 for us to load them on a backup. Lastly they had not installed any anti virus software on my computer and it is a mess again. Beware folks. you can buy a brand new one for a lot cheaper.

The Geek Squad in Danvers MA is the best the service was impeccable #1 i would go there when ever i have a computer problem. top notch if you ever have a computer problem go there and i guarantee the will be the best as they were with me.
