I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet the people at CCN. I had a Toshiba laptop that I was going to throw away. Wrong! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a day. I had a PC that was not working, and was headed to the dump as well, but I brought it in and in 2 days I was back online. It runs like new, no kidding. I am about to bring a 3rd PC down to them to head off any problems. These guys easily saved me $1500-$2000 in notebook and PC replacement costs for about 10% of that. This small local business is not a big box type of situation where they are going to try and nail you for every little thing, and hook you into contracts or anything like that. If you have a problem with any of your computers, and you are anywhere near them, bring it in to them. You wont regret it. I am in Yarmouth and I get there in 20 minutes. We dont have anything like these guys down this way. Friendly, knowledgeable, & trustworthy, CCN understands and practices old school customer service and they have earned my loyalty, for sure.

This is a business to avoid at all cost! The owner is hardly ever there and the service is a joke! After being told that they can repair my Macbook, I paid $55 up front for a "diagnosis". For the next 3 weeks I called repeatedly only to get the run around. All the girl at the counter can do is call the owner and get back to you. After 3 weeks of no answers I blew up and told them that I was going to pick up the Mac. When I arrived I was told that they would not release it until I paid them another $55! The counter girl was instructed to tell me that was the charge to "put it back together". I own a small business and I do my best to patronize other small businesses, but I will never go to this business again! It is a scam being run by an absentee owner! P.S.- When I took the Mac to the local authorized Apple center, the tech immediately noticed that 4 screws were missing on the bottom, which makes me worry what else he might have taken for parts! Avoid this place like the plague!

Hired them to set up a radius for my VPN, had to pay $65 to drop off my laptop, they said it would be done that day. Well it wasnt and when I got it back they had messed up everything already done. I called and asked them about what they had done and no one could give me an answer! What they did tell me is it would cost me $65 to send the guy out to look at something they broke. I unfortunately agreed now its 3 days later and he was to be at my shop at 9:30 am, I have called a number of times, gone by their shop twice and all I get was I be there in 20 min, when I question this I get well Im working on something else and Im trying to run a shop! Are you kidding me, its now 2:30 and still not here. This place is a joke I would never use them again.Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!

My lap top crashed over a year ago. I brought it to Geek Squad because I wanted to retrieve the information on it before I had the hard drive replaced. They plugged it in for 5 minutes, told me they couldnt retrieve anything and it would cost $600-$1000 to do it. I brought it to Tim at CCN, and was AMAZED with his perseverance. He kept and worked on my lap top for 3 days, worked very hard to retrieve every single thing from lap top. He kept me updated with the progress and he did not give up! He did everything he could think of to get that information. And he did. He replaced my hard drive and set my lap top back up for me. And it all cost under $300! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone who has any kind of computer issue!

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars for a rating I would. I went in to get my iPhone 6s screen repaired and was charged $179 all together. Thinking that was overpriced, I still went through with the repair because I wanted to get it fixed asap. When I went in the next day to get it fixed the guy said hed never repaired an iPhone 6s before but that "hed watched a couple youtube videos before". I totally regret paying that much. Within the next week I saw weird lines appearing across my screen and the screen was basically falling out so I had to push it back in. Its only gotten progressively worse and now I can barely read anything on my phone screen. This place is a scam and I suggest you consider another repair shop.

I should have listened to the first post here, $100.00 and two days waiting for my computer and computer still is running bad with same problems . I have had my computer worked on many times over the years, with no issues. However just moved here and tried this place but the part-time techs and lady at the front desk were not what I expected. I am only using a full time professional business next time.

I brought a few computers into CCN with various issues. Girl behind the counter was very pleasant and the tech that was there was very knowledgeable!!!! The turnaround time was very reasonable and the work that was done was better than I expected!!! And I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Very good work and they do not overcharge like I have been charged in the past!!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Be aware! I got charged $110 (2 hours of labor) for them to put a free antivirus on my computer (Avast) and a free trial version of Windows 7. I could have done that myself for FREE. When I tried to get my computer the next day(mind you I was already out $55) they wouldnt give it to me. What a rip off. Very shady and unprofessional!

My relatively new laptop kept giving me the blue screen of death. I couldnt fix it, another trusted computer professional couldnt fix it, and so I brought it to Computer Consulting Networks. They fixed the problem! Their rates were reasonable and I had my computer back within a day - just in time for an important business trip. Thank you!
