After having an issue with a screen they had replaced a couple of months back, I brought my phone back in once again for an issue I was having with the LCD/digitizer. The screen didnt have any physical damage to it, as I hadnt dropped the phone at all since the repair, but for some reason, the screen starting acting up. In speaking with the associate, Will, he immediately understood and acknowledged why I may have been frustrated. I felt like he was willing to do whatever it took to turn things around with my negative experience, and then make everything right with me, the customer. Without having hardly any hesitation, he said wouldnt have any problem honoring the warranty and replace the screen for absolutely free. I thanked him, and told him how amazing it was for him to do this. It showed their trust in me, the customer (assuming I was telling the truth and hadnt dropped the phone -- which I hadnt), and it also showed me that they are a company who truly cares about customer satisfaction and would probably lose sleep at night if they left a bad taste in someones mouth. In our closing conversation (when I picked the phone up after it had been fixed), I ended up purchasing a glass screen protector from them as a personal "thank you" for their top-notch customer service. Thank you to Will, and all of the associates/technicians at Cell Phone Repair in South Portland, Maine! Well done! A++++

Thank you for existing. Before, I was somehow unaware that repairing my phone was an option. This is no doubt because I always went to the dealer, where they urged me to replace my phone. This time, I did the math, and I really didnt want to pay over 1K for a phone. Then my husband found you guys on line. I dropped my phone off at 4:00 and pick it up at 5:30, and its just like new: all for $130.00. You have made what seemed like a huge problem to me a fairly minor one. I will tell EVERYONE about your service. I really cant say enough good things.

My experience was better than I was anticipating. I was expecting a drawn out repair and expensive rate but it was the opposite, quick turn around time time and very reasonable rates. The staff was professional courteous and knowledgeable which is very important. If I need them, I wont hesitate to go back. I recommend CPR in South Portland.

So glad I found out about this repair shop! I was told that because just the lower mic didnt work on my iphone that I was better off paying for an entirely new phone. CPR fixed the mic in less than an hour and at a super affordable price. I will definitely be sharing this shop with family and friends.

iPhone 5s wouldnt take a charge and cracked screen. Noticed the CPR location as I was headed to Apple Store at the mall. 2-3 hour wait there. Went back had me fixed up and out the door in about an hour. Great price (probably half what Apple would have charged). Highly recommend!

an older friend of mine went in to get his smart phone fixed...was a very simple issue, all it required was an app update, they insisted the only fix was to wipe the entire phone...fixed it myself in under 30 seconds without losing a single file. pathetic :/
