I contacted Martin with what I thought was an impossible task. I had an old laptop from 2004 from my good old college days that housed hundreds of pictures and meaningful documents on it and about a year ago the computer just stopped turning on. I finally got my act together to have someone look at it to try and get the information off of the computer. Not knowing anything about how to do that, Martin assured me that he would do his best to try and help the situation. In a very timely manner and with constant contact, Martin fixed my computer and retrieved all of the information I was so scared I was going to lose! He even came to my work to pick up and drop off my computer which made my life even easier! Another great piece of this puzzle was the invoice that Martin sent me. It was very easy to understand and I knew exactly what he had done to my computer and the breakdown made me feel even more confident with his work. I will forever be grateful for his work and I will always call him for future issues! If youre having computer problems do yourself a favor and contact Martin for a stress-free and professional fix! My laptop crashed after I tried to get rid of the wmupdate.exe virus/scam using avast. I wanted to reinstall windows from a DVD disc but my optical drive was not reading any of my disc (who knows whether its due to the virus or hardware...). I was stuck... Prompted by these good reviews, I called wangpc. He was very helpful, and solved my problem in 15 minutes and didnt charge me a penny -- I offered to drive over and have him look at it, but apparently given what I had (the windows disc) its more efficient to do what he suggested -- installing windows from my USB drive once I make windows onto it. I did it following his detailed instructions. It worked as said! Great time-saving money-saving (free) solution!

Exceptional service, exceptional speed, exceptional price. Mr. Wang quoted me an exceptionally low price for the installation of a hard drive, then ended up actually charging me less when he was done. What repair person does that, actually lowers the quoted price after a hands-on inspection? He works at his home (which I imagines allows him to keep costs down), but all phone calls were handled promptly, he accepts credit cards on site, and has an extremely professional in-home shop. Top-notch local operation from soup to nuts - exactly the type of honest, professional, local businessperson that gives the neighborhood a good name. Customer for life.

Weve been a customer of WangPC for 2 years and have nothing but the highest praise for these guys. They go "above and beyond" every time. If we leave a message, we get callbacks within ten minutes. I wish the support guys where I work had the skills and attitude Martin has. From replacing a fried hard drive on my laptop (and recovering the data) to helping configure a new Outlook 2010 installation (just finished tonight at 7:45pm est), He really know what they are doing and stick around till the problem is SOLVED. From my experience, Martin is several levels deep in experienced techs.

The warranty on my laptop just expired, so of course, the screen broke. I took it to WangPC at the end of the day on Saturday, and they got back to me quickly to tell me Id need to replace the screen. That Monday was a holiday, so I assumed it would take until at the earliest the end of the week to get my computer back. However, I got a call at noon on Tuesday, telling me everything was ready to go! I was so impressed! It only cost $150, too!! I will definitely take my gadgets here from now on!!

I have had Mr. Wang work on several of my computers and servers. I like that he is on time and he gets the work done quickly--as well as getting it done right the first time. He returns calls quickly and will guide you through minor issues. The computers he fixed were fixed for years and didnt have reoccuring issues. I have been happy with his service and I am happy to recommend him and his business as they are reliable, dependable and responsible.

This was a truly wonderful experience. I had a complete emergency with my laptop not working and a meeting the following morning. I called the shop and the owner picked up my laptop from my house at 10:30pm, and had it ready for me this morning at 8am in time for me to get to my meeting with my laptop. I honestly cant complement his performance and service enough!

Martins polite, super easy to get in touch with, and a fast but amazing worker! He called me within hours of me dropping off my computer with a prognosis and a fair charge. Call to make a appointment first! they are very busy and might not be there all the time. I went to bestbuy and they said it will take me a week to get my computer fixed. Worst phone service ever I received! Couldnt understand a word he was saying, so I asked to speak slower so I could understand, he just screamed at me saying: "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REPEAT???". I was going to take my computer there, well, not anymore. This store should treat the clients better.

My XPS laptop got zapped. These guys were able to diagnose and repair the issue (for a reasonable price) within the week I was in Boston. so I was able to return with a fully functional laptop. It was really helpful that they were open on the weekend as well.
