Dont go to this place. These technicians dont know how to fix iPhone. They are lack of technical skills and poor work ethics. I came to replace the iPhone battery for iPhone SE. The technician said "yes", 20 minutes after, they said "you may need to come back next Monday because I thought I can use battery iPhone 5s for iPhone SE, But it is not right, I need to order more baterry iPhone SE..WHAT ?!? FIRST, if you dont have it, dont do it, be honest, it is not your phone to mess arouNd. SECOND, when he tried to open it, he snapped one chip inside iPhone connection. When I found out, I came back to complaint about that. His answer is " These wasnt any chip there, I did not break anything " WRONG, again these technicians dont even have basic knowledge. He damaged my phone, refused to acknowledge his mistakes. WORST TECHNICIANS, GO BACK TO SCHOOL OR CLOSE OUT BUSINESS!!!

Always my first stop when I have any hardware issue. Ive gotten nearly 6 years out of my PC because I go there when I have a problem. New video cards to handle my ever changing monitor upgrades to new power supplies, Ive gone to them for everything and they deliver every time. Ive saved so much money on not having to constantly upgrade my machine by just going there for minimal fixes. Had I taken it to Best Buy, I surely would have walked out of there with a new PC and $500 less in my bank account. If you like getting the most mileage out of your machine, take it here when you have a problem.

I had brought my iphone in just for the home and power button to be repaired, fixed the problem, but created others which made up for a follow up repair on the vibrate settings, then after finally getting my iphone back again, found out the proximity sensor wasnt functioning, then they wanted to charge me to fix there error. Need less to say i wont be returning, and im sticking with the apple store which when i brought my phone to the apple store, they said my iphone was missing screws, and have heard that they(GIM) dont put every screw back in.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the excellent service that computer Lab Salem provided me. The stress that my Laptop had caused almost caused me to burst, but once i had spoken to them, the weight had immediately been lifted off my shoulders. My Laptop failed me only a week before my finals and computer lab Salem came out the day that i called them, and saved my sanity. Reliable, courteous, and helpful; I would recommend their services to anyone who finds them self stuck with a complicating computer issue. Thanks again!

I have erased & rescinded my "Not so Good Review". These guys heard my complaint, reached out to me, and worked with me to correct what was wronged. These guys are Awesome. There are not to many business like this anymore who are willing to work with the customer. Im talking about real people, who are understanding, and willing to work any issue out. I definitely will revisit the "GEEKS" with my electronic issue.

If your laptop got badly sick, this is a number to dial. We tried everything, over the phone tech support, other Beverly computer repair specialists, nothing worked. Tim was the one who not only diagnosed the problem, but took care of it, and also advised on many other laptop related issues. Great bedside manners too. Thank you

Very prompt and knew exactly what and how to resolve the issues. These folks do exactly what they say on their website. Very well trained and take the time to explain what I did to cause the issues I had and how to avoid them as well. Will be using these people from now on. PS:I love the mobile iphone truck they have.

Do not trust this business. I took my monitor and my computer there needing to fix my monitor, and I ended up with a new hard drive I did not want, half of my data missing, and my monitor problem unfixed. These guys did not even think to check my video card, which was the problem. Find somewhere else to go.

They do decent work but their communication was limited and what is promised in the name ("minutes") took almost two weeks. They did compensate for that with reducing the price of the work they did, but I didnt think it would take five days just to even hear from them after dropping it off.

I brought my broken speakers to Geeks In Minutes thinking I would have to buy new ones, but they diagnosed the problem and fixed them while I waited. Very reasonable and the nicest people work there. This is the kind of service everyone should give.

The business was recommended by a colleague to get an iPhone screen repaired. The employee was pleasant and courteous AND it took 15- 20 minutes tops to have my iPhones screen fixed! The price was very reasonable. Im glad I found this gem!

Excellent service!!! My daughter is autistic and uses an iPad Air as a communication device. Geeks in Minutes was able to replace the shattered screen within a few hours and were reasonably priced!! Id recommend them to anyone!

I took in a PS3 to get it fixed, wound up doing more damage than good. The same problem cropped up 2 days later. Wouldnt write a refund and now I cant send it to Sony to get it fixed. Waste of a 120 bucks.

These guys are professional, but I do not recommend using them for your ps3 repairs. Their fix will only last about a week, it is better to just buy a new one.
