Avoid losing your phone for weeks and overpaying your carrier for a repair or new phone!!! Over the weekend I accidently splashed some salt water on my Samsung Note 5 while maneuvering out of a boat, shortly after my screen began to flicker and turn black. A soft reboot (holding themail volume down and power button for 3 seconds) did nothing to permanently resolve the issue. My options were to try a factory reset and lose all my apps and data or send my phone into Verizon for repair where it wouldnt be returned to me for several weeks. Enter CPR Cell Phone Repair! The staff was polite and professional, and the technician was able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes. He even invited me into the back room to show me what had happened to my phone (some salt water had seeped its way into my phone and left some corrosion on the LCD connector). He was able to clean the area with a cleaning solution and my phone is working like new! I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to anyone that is thinking about sending their phone into their carrier for repair (maybe only do it if you have some kind of coverage, but even then you will be without your device for an extended period of time). These guys were able to repair my device at no cost and did it in the timely manner. I will definitely be returning to them for future repairs and maintenance on all of my devices. Great job guys!

Stopped in yesterday to inquire about a screen repair on my phone. Chris advised me that he could do it in 15min. When he removed my screen cover he noticed that my screen cover was cracked not my actual phone screen. He cleaned my phone, installed new screen cover and saved me from the cost of a new screen. It is integrity like this that makes a business stand out. He did not have to inform me and could have sold me a new screen.....but he didnt. Cudos to CPR. Thank you for your outstanding service. I will recommend to all my friends. Integrity, great value and customer service will lift you above the rest.

I spoke with this company a few times on the service they provide. They are AWESOME! I sent my phone in for a charge port issue . They called me and said the port was just dirty. They cleaned it and it was good to go. They did not charge me and were professional honest and very knowledgeable about everything. I would highly recommend their company ! Encountered a major issue with my PS4 a while back. Debated getting it fixed, after already purchasing another but Ive decided to do so after looking into CPR. They looked reasonable and served as a better alternative to sending it to Sony. The staff wasnt very helpful at first but the owner quickly rectified the situation. Im highly satisfied with the results but the customer service could have been better.

Staff was very helpful and my phone was back in excellent condition within a half hour and all for only $70, had my daughters phone fixed a month ago and went somewhere else and was charged $175 just for the screen and they were not so friendly! Wish I knew about CPR a month ago, could have had both phones fixed and still saved myself some money!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Darius is amazing!!! SPRINT wouldnt help me at all and had a cracked screen on my Samsung Note 5. I called a few places that said it would take a week or more. Luickly found CPR and took a 40 minute ride and was worth the trip. DARIUS had my phone fixed in 45 min. Its a few weeks later and my phone is 100%!!! Thank you again! You saved me a lot of money of buying a new phone!

My iPhone had no service for a couple of weeks and everything I did would not fix it. I decided to go to cell phone repair in Brockton and they had helped me fix the problem. The service there was great and now my phone is completely fine. I would recommend coming here to other people that have problems with their phone.

These guys are honest and quick. My iPhone 6 wasnt charging so I thought I needed to repair the charge port which costs $70. But the reason it wasnt charging was because it had a lot of gunk/lint inside. So a $70 repair ended up being a free repair and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks Darius!

Smashed my iphone on a tile floor. I use it for business so not having it wasnt an option. Dropped it off at CPR went next door to grab a taco. 20 min later it was good as new. New screen looks and makes it feel like a brand new phone. HIGHLY recommend!

The workers there are very nice and fixed my iPad up well. It had a led problem but they went beyond that. They repaired my cracked screen and gave me a screen protecter. My slightly jammed home button was unjammed. Overall I recommend this store.

I went to CPR Brockton for a screen repair and they fixed it in 30 minutes while I waited. I went to another cell phone repair place and they messed my phone up, leaving out screws and other stuff, but CPR Brockton fixed.
