I was referred to Computer Domain by a friend. I contacted them in early January to fix some wireless network issues, clean up my desktops, and reconfigure my printers. After visting their website and seeing that they advertised for Mac work I asked if they could help set up an icloud account. I was assured they could. For each of my inquiries, Kostas indicated "no problem, we can definately take care of that for you." After a month of emails and phone calls (and 1 one hour visit to my house), where I was told that they were programing my new wireless access points at their facility to save me money, I got an email that said: "Due to unexpected circumstances, I need to cancel our appointment for Monday as well as cancel the order for the WAPs because I do not know when I will be able to reschedule (it may very well be months). I do apologize for any inconvenience....." I was given no explaination as to why they were suddenly unable to do the job they had been promising me for months and claimed that they had already started.

My 4G Micro SD card got corrupted on my phone somehow and there were over 900 picts that I had neglected to back up at any point. I had several friends, savvy computer whizs, I worked with try to recover them to no avail. After searching, I found Computer Domain and spoke to Kostas about the possible chance of recovering my photos. He went in to detail about the possibility and costs associated with it and I made the decision to take the chance! I drove to Dedham, dropped the SD card off on a Saturday and by Monday, Kostas had called to tell me he was able to recover 962 photos with the loss of only 4 and one video. I cant tell you how elated I am and what a great job they did at a reasonable price. I would HIGHLY recommend Kostas and Matt to anyone that has lost data on a phone, computer, camera card, etc. They know their business and were GREAT to work with! Thanks so much!

These guys are great! We are a small CPA firm in the middle of our busiest time, tax season. Our server went down at midnight from a power surge with the last snow storm. Kosta from Computer Domain was at our offices at 7 am the next morning to see what the problem was. Power surge fried two of the drives. Kosta from Computer Domain took the server back to his shop, retrieved the data from the bad drives, copied onto new drives and returned the server to us that evening. Plugged it in and we were back in business. Effortless. Cant say enough good things about these guys, saved us from a true disaster!

My PC died before I managed to back it up, and it was chock full of photos and videos. Kostas pulled everything off for me and put it on an external hard drive, plus spent time giving me recommendations on what to look for in a new one. I hope I never need him again, but hes saved in my phone in case I do!

Just got my iMac back from them and they did an excellent job. They replaced my dead hard drive with a new one upgraded the memory on it and reinstalled all my data from my time machine back up. Great work guys! A++
