Laptop was having problems, suspected a virus and brought it in. Two days later, virus confirmed, and a full system tuneup recommended. I agreed to this, picked up my laptop a few days later. Turned it on, and noticed that my browser history showed multiple visits to keylogger software download sites. A call to the shop resulted only in protestations of innocence, that they had no idea why or how that would be in my history. So now I have to bring it to another shop to scan for keylogger malware possibly installed by these people. At best their security is so lax that a random person can come in and install malware on your machine without their knowledge, and at worst they are taking advantage of your vulnerability to install software to collect passwords and personal information. I do not recommend. UPDATE: My partner called today to follow up, this time spoke to the owner (the previous person we spoke to claimed to be a manager, but apparently has only been there 4 months?) who offered a refund, but still no explanation as to why anyone was able to visit multiple keylogger sites and install one on my machine while it was in their care. While I appreciate the refund, as it will be useful in offsetting the cost of taking it somewhere else, this has still be an enormous hassle.

My computer was dropped and the screen blacked out. I called up A+ and they were able to immediately tell me the possible things that could be wrong with my computer and agreed to do a FREE assessment. Once they took a look, they knew exactly what had to be done and only charged me 65 bucks to fix and optimize my computer. They saved me over $100 compared to other shops I called. I was able to drop off and pick up on the same day too. Definately recommend them for any of your computer needs. Very friendly and hard working, Ill be returning when my computer eventually acts up again.

Fantastic! I have dealt with A Plus for several years now. They do excellent work at a very reasonable rate. They are very good about communicating with their customers and they are the only company I use in the Boston area. Highly recommended!
