I needed to have a new computer company service my computer needs. I found Boston Professional Computer Services in West Peabody. Spoke with Ned and asked him to make a home visit. He was prompt, went through the entire system......and answered all my questions. However, the best part is that after he left, and as time went on, I had some more questions...I e-mailed them to him, and before I knew it, he had the answers for me in a return e-mail. It is nice to know I have a team behind me.....I am an older person and all this computer stuff is really new to me!.
