Excellent, fast, professional service. This place was highly recommended to me from a bank employee who needed a computer fixed ASAP. Joel is extremely motivated to do the repairs as fast as possible-which is refreshing today. Ive heard-and experienced firsthand the luxury of having same day repairs! Obviously he cannot guarantee same day, depending on the computer issues, # of customers, etc. Just the fact that he TRIES to do this is good old fashioned customer service. I called several other computer repair places incl the bigger ones and was quoted up to 3 days. Great place.

I have been gong to My Computer for over 10 years. I recommend them to everyone I know. They have gotten me out of several jams in the past. While I was in college my computer broke the day a major project was to be turned in. Joel, the owner, showed up at my house to pick up my computer the very morning I called him and within a few hours he emailed me my project and saved my grades! They have the best for customer service I have ever experienced.
