This place gets top marks from me. I stopped in on 5 April, 2017, while I was in the midst of a DIY modification/repair to my car. I had gotten 90% of the way to completion, when I was foiled by three rusted bolts. Knowing that I had neither the tools nor the experience of working with a blowtorch, I headed over to Randolph Automotive. From the onset, I noticed how neat and clean the whole place was. The front desk attendant (Marylou, I believe) was quite welcoming, as I asked to briefly speak with one of the guys in the shop. I explained the situation to Chris (the mechanic), and he told me that he could help me out right away. He was totally understanding of my situation, and not 5 minutes after I had given him my car, he returned it to me with the bolts cleanly removed. They even did me the kindness of removing the exhaust section that I was replacing, and not charging me for scrapping it. The professionalism, efficiency, and VERY reasonably priced work which I experienced here is a key factor in my 5-star review. I would wholly recommend anyone who needs work done to take their vehicle here. Keep up the fantastic job.

Very clean and professional looking place, front office staff are always so friendly and welcoming and willing to help with any questions you have. One of the mechanics, Chris, was always willing to help me with my issues and questions, big or small. Had a few repairs done on my car so far and it went perfectly fine each time, excellent job done as well. I even had another mechanic one time tell me a certain brake job didnt need to be done because it wasnt needed, and was honest and didnt want me to waste my money which was very appreciated. Unlike most mechanics that are shady and rip you off and make you feel like you cant ask questions, thats not the case here. They always want to help, are honest and do a professional job. I highly recommend going here for any car work needed!
