READ THIS BEFORE GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THAT PLACE. Hannibal Auto has got to be the worst auto shop i have ever visited. What I requested he fixed which was the major problem wasnt what he fixed. I was to go get my car on Thursday afternoon, when I called, he told me he hadnt even fixed it, I had to take uber to run all my errands that evening. Friday morning I called back, he told me to check back in an hour, of course I went there an hour after cause I wasnt about to get another excuse on the phone, on getting there, my car wasnt even there, they had driven it out. When my car finally got back and they told me it was all set, I entered my car, I turned the ignition and it wouldnt start, tried over and over, nothing.....what had they done to my car, took it to them to fix it, they damaged it more. A guy came to check it, couldnt figure it out, by the way did I mention I took my car to them with a quarter gas tank and it was empty at pick up, also I noticed my mileage had entered the next thousand and when I asked what happened they told me they dont drive customer cars around, so who drove my car around, ghosts??!!! After the guy couldnt figure out the issue, I went back in and Hannibal himself told me hell come take a look. Mind you, I got there at 11am, it was now 12pm, I had a meeting at school for that same 12pm, others at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and a last one for 6pm, it was meant to be a busy day for me (at this time, I had called in to cancel my 12pm meeting). After sitting for about 15mins waiting for Hannibal, I approached him and told him im sort of in a hurry, he rudely replied me that I cannot rush him and would have to wait. After sitting for another 10mins, I simply got up and left. I had to get on my phone, pull out google map and try and see if I can get myself around with public transport cause using uber to get to all my appointments would be impossible. Needless say, because of Hannibal, I missed 2 of my meeting, was very late to the other 2 and had to walk over 2miles in between getting from one place to another. And dont even let me get started on the extra trouble I went through to get my car back the next day. I say all these to let you know to get you someplace else and save yourself the possible stress and drama of Hannibal Auto, take it from me, its not worth it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! 0 STAR!! 1st day, I dropped off my car at 8am for price check on power steering leak. I had to call them at least 5 times, took them 8hours to give me a price. I agreed with the price and ok for them to order the part for next day. 2nd day, I dropped off my car at 8am again, they told me 3hours work, I can pick up at 11am. So I called in 12pm, still not done. I called in again at 2pm still not done, they told me need another hour. So I waited 4pm to call in again, and they never call me even they got it done. I picked up the car, looked at the power lines didnt see any new part but still paid in full and they gave no receipt what they did to it. My wife drove it for less than 2 weeks then it leaked again. She almost got into an accident because she couldnt turn the wheel. Next day I brought it in at 8am. Hannibal told me couple hours, so I asked him like 11am? he said 3pm. So I called back at 2:30, the girl told me theyre closing now. I told her Im coming to pick up my car now. I came there he didnt even do anything yet. He told me to come back monday. I said "No why you told me 3pm and nothing is done". I told him I want my money back if nothing is fixed. He was so rude to me, calling me a kid and swore f word to me that he didnt care if i call the police. I found out that they charged me $360 just to change a clamp on the hose line. Hannibal is worst repair shop ever. Ive wasted 3 days of work and money! Ill never ever come back here again! -_-

I LOVE THIS PLACE.. NOT ONLY BECAUSE HE IS MY UNCLE :) LOL.. BUT MY FRIENDS WHO KNOW ME AND I TELL THEM TO GO TO HIM AND THEY KNOW HIM.. THEY SEE THAT THEY ARE IN GREAT HANDS.. AND YOU HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE PLEASE LET THEM KNOW JUST IN CASE. WE ARE PEOPLE OF MORALS AND STANDARD.. HOPE YOUR EXPERIENCE IS AS GREAT AS THE REST WHO HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT NICE THINGS TO SAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE SEEN IT AND EXPERIENCED IT FIRST HAND.. :)

As a single woman it is extremely important to know a good, honest mechanic. Hannibal was recommend to me by one of my neighbors after a frustrating ordeal at another company. Hannibal immediately put me at ease. Over the past couple of years I have come to know how knowledgable and truly honest he is. Hannibal & his nephew run the best repair shop in the city, in my opinion. Not only are their prices extremely reasonable, but their customer service is unparalleled, turnaround times fast in the extreme and they are absolutely super accommodating. I cant say enough good things about Hannibal Auto Repair but the next time you need work, you should know who to call.

Hannibal fixed my CRVs A/C compressor quickly and well. I am from out of town and it is isnt a quick fix. I called the afternoon of the day before and he gave me a quote on the phone. I have worked in a garage in the past and the quote was VERY reasonable. I met him when he opened (at 6:30 am) and he had it done by the afternoon. No drama, just done right.

Hannibal and company couldnt do enough for me..They were recommend by a friend and I felt as if I had known them forever...Excellent service, trusting and efficient!!! I would recommend them to everyone....Tough to trust a mechanic when your a girl and not to sure of yourself in a garage setting...These guys were great...

Ive been to Hannibal for every car problem Ive had. There have been times he called me back said it was something very small and just come back and get the car no charge I think anyone else would have made up a problem that didnt exist but he never took me for easy money when he clearly could have
