I have a 2011 BMW X6 with the 5.0 twin turbo, started noticing smoke coming out of exhaust after idling for a min, I took it to the BMW dealer in Norwood and was told car need valve seals and was given an estimate of over 11k, I then took it to central automotive where the technicians there Ali and Nick gave me a much much cheaper rate, I left my BMW at central automotive to fix and got it back in less than a week where as the dealer told me they will have to keep the car for at least 3 weeks, Ali and Nick ended up fixing my BMW and when I got it back it drove so good and with lots of power that I have never experienced before that, my wife fell in love with the car they way it drove after they fixed it, they honestly did an excellent job in a very timely manner and I am very very happy with their service, their honesty and loyalty.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Nick is down to earth and honest, and the guys are all hard workers. Needed to drive back home cross country the same day and took my car in without notice after another local shop screwed me over (Im not gonna name names but I fairly left them a negative review). He explained exactly what needed to be done and was able to get the part in and installed that day for me. This is the kind of service that really should set the standard for mechanics and I wish that they were closer and I could take my car to them all the time for service.

Central Automotive is excellent! I have taken my car, my wifes car and my daughters car to them. They have explained thoroughly what is wrong and what it will cause to fix. Their pricing is fair and way below what the dealer will quote you. The last time my wifes car had a major problem and we, on faith, dropped it off before they were open. The car was fixed and ready by the end of the day!

Ali and his team are awesome, was told my a friend who has used him many times before to go to Ali. He took care of my Mercedes CL55 AMG just like a dealer would, and I would always seem to see some "nicer" cars getting worked on at the shop...why spend dealer costs when Ali is much more personal than just being a number in the system. Small or big jobs seems to have the right tool for it all!

If youre looking for an excellent mechanic, give Nick and his crew a try. They are also Honest, very approachable, and fairly priced, all that you would hope for in a mechanic.
