I was having an issue starting my car, it would not turn over. Every person that looked at it stated that it was the starter or the alternator. But that didnt make sense to me because it would start sometimes and then just stop. AAA recommended that I take my car to BC. AAA dropped the car off while they were still closed and I received a call right when they opened with an estimate of $50 for diagnostics. By early afternoon, I received a call indicating the car was fixed and it was a fuse that needed to be replaced and the total balance was $55.55. I was able to pay for the repair over the phone and my car was waiting for me when I got out of work. Excellent customer service and I am so happy that I dont have to worry any more!

My wife was driving her Subaru home from work when she noticed various icons lit on the panel. The battery icon was lit indicating that that battery was not charging. The next morning we brought the vehicle to BC Auto for diagnosis and repair. A few hours later Peggy called me and confirmed that the alternator was not functioning properly. It needed to be replaced. She provinded me with the estimated cost of parts and labor to perform the work. I gave her permission. By early aftertoon the job was complete. The actual cost of repair was almost exactly what Peggy quoted. I am very grateful to BC Auto for their prompt service in an emergency situation.

B C Auto Repair has serviced my vehicle for the past 3.5 years. This summer, their technician, Steve, diagnosed an intermittent A/C problem I was having with my 12 year old Honda Civic. Peggy located the parts needed to address the issue, and scheduled the service in the same week. Now that my cars A/C is back to proper working order, I can face future heat waves without having to sweat it out with the windows down. Between their willingness to shuttle me to/from work while theyve serviced my vehicle and their ability to keep my aging car running smoothly, I cant recommend them highly enough.

I have been going to BC Auto for a number of years and I have always found both Peggy & Bill to be both courteous and honest. They just replaced my headlights because they were very cloudy and I was having a very difficult time seeing at night. Of course, if I were more observent, perhaps I would pick up problems before Peggy, but Im so glad she is there to make sure I replace what needs to be replaced, such as my windshield wipers. If Peggy hadnt said something, I would not have replaced them when I did. What a difference it made. I cant thank them enough for taking care of my car and me.

Their knowledge of cars and what it takes to keep them on the road and running smoothly is always up to date. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and always happy to answer any questions you might have. In other words, BC Auto is simply the best!
