Drove down from Maine to pick up my sons car at a local auto broker and upon arriving, the car had two flat tires. Stopped into A Plus Auto without an appointment and all the lifts were occupied. The owner ensured me that he would take care of us, get everything fixed and get us on our way. We needed two front tires and he suggested we really needed four. I asked him to just put the two front tires on and there was zero pressure from him regarding the other two. But he stressed that we would need two rear tires very soon. He offered us a very comparable price and lets face it, I was at his mercy and he really could have taken advantage of us. He was fair, kind and took the time to explain to my son how bad the tires were, why they were bad and explained that the tires are really the foundation of the car. I would recommend this garage to anyone! As you can see from one of my previous garage reviews, they are not all alike!!

Seriously, these guys are great. They stand behind their work and take great care of their customers. Ive been a customer for a few years and trust them 100% with my vehicle and their suggestions for making my car safe and reliable. After replacing rotors and brakes I had a caliper seize and they replaced the rotor for me via warranty even though they didnt have to. Could have charged me for a new one, but didnt because they value my business.

A PLUS was the best price and the same OEM parts go figure. love the service will recommend to everyone!!!!!!! Salem needs a shop like this also it was the cleanest shop I had ever seen.. I have to drive almost 45 mins to get there, but its so worth it. These techs do really good work. I take my kids car/tuck there of service. Once they finish the job it just feels good to know its done right. I would recommend A-plus to everybody. Give them a shout sometime. Youll see what I mean.

These guys are the best! Fast, fair and they will never steer you wrong. They are one of the few, honest car repair shops that will actually "downsell" you: if you dont need to repair something, or if there is a cheaper way, they will recommend it. Refreshing.
