Im a student at SSU, and Ive had several problems with my car over the years while Im here. Two punctured tires and I locked my keys in the car today, all on the college campus. Every time, Ive gone to this shop and received impeccable service. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating, and they always solve my problem very quickly so wait times are quite short, both for them to begin and for them to finish. Particularly as a student, and with their accessible location, this shop is my go-to whenever any of my friends or I have car troubles.

Awesome repair shop. A year and a half ago I was traveling from Maine and needed a repair as one of my front bearings let go. These guys got me right in that Saturday and back on the road in a few hours. Unfortunately the replacement part went bad a few days ago but thanks to these wonderful guys they got me a warranty replacement and I am back on the road again!! I would do business with this shop anytime.

If you are looking for honest, reliable, quick car service - this is the place for you. When my family and I fell on hard times, this auto shop waived some of the fees and at one point, charged nothing for their work!! We are moving to Derry, NH shortly and will drive our vehicles to Salem. Canal Auto Shop rocks !!!
