Admittedly this is the first time I have ever posted a positive review for a company but working with J.E. Fournier prompted me to share my experience with people looking for a trustworthy contractor. I live out of state and own a three family home in Worcester MA that needed a roof repair ASAP. I called several local companies, a few of them did not have the ability to reach three stories and the companies that did come out gave me estimates which seemed to have many variables and left me with an uneasy feeling about their ability to complete the job. There is nothing worse than receiving an estimate to do a job, only to have the price jacked up for one reason or another. I realize things come up but when you have to take a companies’ word for it, you better trust them to begin with. From the moment I spoke with Miguel I felt we were in good hands. The estimate was done the day we spoke and the roof and soffit repair was started and completed the very next day. Its also worth mentioning there was an impending rain-storm to hit the area and Miguel squeezed the job in to get it done before then. The rain -storm did in fact come. No complaints from the tenants! No leaks!! We are very happy with the quality of work, the cleanup afterwards, and the great customer service we received. I highly recommend using J.E. JE Fournier Chimney and Roofing Contractors recently repaired our roof over a bay window on our house in Uxbridge. My husband had called multiple contractors over the past year in an attempt to have this section of roof repaired. Most didnt return our calls and the ones that did make an appointment for an estimate didnt show up.It was our good fortune to find JE Fournier. They gave us an estimate on Thursday night and completed the repair two days later on Saturday. The crew was courteous, friendly and respectful of our property, leaving no trace of debris. They were dependable, arriving for two appointments at the promised time and they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them! We hired J.E. Fournier to redo our roof and to tear down and rebuild our chimney. The work was simply outstanding. These guys are perfectionists and dont cut any corners. We couldnt be happier with the work. The crew was punctual and were super courteous. The job was completed in the quoted timeframe and the only additional expense was for extras that we asked for once the job was started. They took measures to move any items that may be damaged during the work and ensured that they clean up thoroughly after every work day. The guys are true professionals. They are honest and trustworthy. We will definitely be using them for further home projects. We have recommended them to many of our friends. Thank you for a job well done.

I had my roof replaced back in November after researching and getting several quotes over the summer. They were competitively priced and did a great job walking me though the whole process. There were a few setbacks with a few loose shingles, broken screens and weather, but they were quick to respond and took good care of me and house. Thank you for your help!

This company is awesome!!!! They came to my house in the evening to stabilize my roof after an ice dam had punctured holes in it. They were the first to respond to my pleas for help! This is a terrific company. They were very flexible and willing to work with me on price. The job was done in two days. I had my entire room stripped and re-shingled and the chimney was rebuilt from the roof line up. The brick was a flawless match. I could not be more pleased with their thorough and rapid work!
