Public Service announcement: I strongly advise you against using Shrewsbury Athletic Club for a number of reasons. Customer service fail, I was over charged on a court fee on Nov 19th 2015, I called three times, left 2 voice mails and today is Jan 7th 2016 and never received a call back over $17.00 not a lot of money, but didnt trust them holding my credit card on file. I had to drive to Shrewsbury Athletic club today Jan 7th 2016 to get my credit of $17.00 instead; I was told I owe them money for two months of membership fees and $25.00 penalty x 2 for my card not working. They said my card failed, well, again no phone call to let me know there was an issue with my card. So, I was hit with $25.00 x2 for my card failing, for over 2 months I dont receive a phone for the mistake they made and for my credit of $17.00 and that my card was not working. They said that you shouldve had to drive here, they said they will give me a credit of the $25.00 x2 charge, but need to charge my card to get up to date, I said Im canceling for 3 reasons, 1. Your customer service 2 process is terrible, 3. My friend is no longer available to play and I dont care to play here and I would like to cancel. She said there is paper work that needs to be filled out to cancel and you now owe us $351.00 because you signed a year contact on Nov 19th 2015 WOW, I said I was going on social media to let the public know and she said, dont threaten me! I said this is not a threat; I would like the public to know. I asked to put my account on hold for $15.00 to think about this. Oh, we dont have that option anymore. WOW Thanks for the notice on this change. So they gave me a credit of $17.00 and $25.00 x 2 and said, to make the deal even sweeter, we will give you a free month. I wanted to say, OMG, I dont want to play tennis at your place and this is the best you can do?? I paid the $351.00 and left, I ALSO STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS CLUB IF YOU THINK THERE IS A REMOTE CHANCE YOU WILL STOP OR CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Again, no process, no trust, they told me on Jan 11th $39.00 $78.00 and $40.00 would be charged to my debit card, They took $117.00 do the math. Customer service: 1-10 One Process: 1-10 Three People 1-10 Seven M.A.

I dont want to give even single star I am really unhappy with new management , they are very RUDE. I sign up for monthly basis gym 25$ the equipments are worst and place, then imminently i told cancel my membership i am not happy youre service. The guys said he canceled my membership on the same day . Then they are charging every month from from my card. I talked so many times with sales manager he dint solve my issue and he quite the job now ,Then i talked with owner he saying i am not responsible then WHY THE F***** he . I recommend you guys think before you sign up with SAC.They dont know how to treat customer . Review -2 Worst management making me again to write this review... they said they closed my gym membership on 4/12/16 ...but Today 12/23/2016 they sent a email says that unpaid monthly payment due is 225 $ otherwise they will send it for collection ...WTF they are thinking i already closed my membership and again they sending notice .. I called couple of times and went to there center .. then they saying it was mistake and we are sorry . What would happen if i dint see the email in my inbox???? still worst customer service ..... I dont TRUST Them

Nice place to work out. Friendly staff, solid gym, and lots of options. Has all the equipment I like and a good squat rack in the current gym, but from what I can see, the new gym the are making looks awesome. I havent explored much further then the weights and some of the courts, but I am planning on it. Employees have been happy to help any time Ive had questions.

Amazing fitness club! All of the staff are so welcoming and really make you feel like they want to help you towards your goals! I would definitely recommend SHARC to anyone who is looking for a great place to get in shape in a fun environment! They have anything you are looking for!
