I have been going to this gym for about a year now and I truly do like it. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and well stocked. They just went through some renovations and I love the aqua massage beds! The only complaint I have is the parking situation. The parking lot is too small to accomodate all the traffic for the gym and the small shopping plaza there and it is also poorly maintained. The plowing is terrible, the pot holes could hurt your car or yourself if you were to walk into one and its not well lit. I know that this is not Planet Fitnesss fault, however, it is something to keep in mind if you want to go to the gym after work. Find a legal parking spot could be difficult at best. The lines are not well pronounced, you cant see other cars coming around corner, and most people make up their own parking spots which makes getting around difficult. That is the only reason why I did not give the gym 5 stars.

Beware of hidden fees! After signing up a little over 2 months ago with "No membership fees" and cancel at anytime advertised, my bank account was hit with a "non-refundable yearly fee" of $19.99 x 2 for my husband and myself! I could see this yearly fee being applied a year after joining but 2 and a half months after signing up! We are dismayed at this organization and hope you read the fine print carefully. We are cancelling our membership, which must be done in person or by certified mail......very unhappy and wont hesitate to share this experience with family and friends.

Its not bad here. A lot of people knock planet fitness for things like tootsie roll wrappers all over, but honestly Ive never seen anything like that here. The place is probably one of their smaller outfits but theres rows of machines and its never been so crowded that Ive had to wait. The locker rooms are close to spotless and in the month or so Ive been coming here, Ive never seen a dirty bathroom or shower stall. Everyone is really low key and they mind their own business unless of course you need help in which case they drop everything to assist you.

Ive been a member for a long time. I like its location, Ive made friends there, and the staff has been, for the most part, welcoming and often very likable. Its generally clean, and members are good about wiping down the machines after their workouts. I like that it really is a very non-judgmental place. I like the staff a lot. I wish they could keep them longer, theres such a high turnover there. I would think the company would offer incentives, i.e. better pay and hours Im guessing, to retain some of their best staff. I do miss them when they leave.

The stretching room is too small and claustrophobic. Ive learned to stretch before I come in. And on about four different occasions the staff has been eating at the front desk and grab my keys with super greasy, germy hands to scan my card. Literally gave me the heebie jeebies

Not too crowded. Clean. Friendly staff. Lots of rules that some might find silly but I actually appreciate them. (Although they dont seem to be enforced anyway.)
