The South Lancaster, MA post office has to be one of the most friendly and helpful post offices in the world (01561). The professional staff and welcoming atmosphere combine for a productive and positive experience each and every time. The facility is well cared for and very community oriented. One of the regular patrons kindly contributes lovely flower arrangements throught the year, rarely is there a day without a fresh, fragrant bouquet gracing the side of the service window counter. The postal employees are quite personable and enhance their regular attentive services with extra perks such as homemade goodies on major holidays such as Christmas, greeting cards shared with patrons for major illnesses, hospitilations, deaths in the family, etc. And these fine folks also give consideration to helping each patron find the most economical and appropriate shipping need. Visiting the South Lancaster post office is like visiting a favorite friend whilst seeking a little assistance with a small need. :-)

I have a PO box there. I have shipped out a few packages from this USPS location. I have never had a problem. Not much more you can really ask for from a post office.
