Hector was the post office employee on duty on Saturday, December 7 at 11:30 am. Saturdays in December at the post office are always busy; he was all alone. No one else was in sight for the 10 minutes I stood in line. Hector was the most pleasant, efficient and helpful post office employee I have ever had the pleasure to meet! He simultaneously waited very cheerfully on each customer while greeting people as they came in the door. He also took notice of people in line and what they were holding. One woman didnt need to wait in line and he told her where to put her package instead of waiting in line. One woman held an envelope and was saying to her husband that she needed to make sure it didnt bend in transit. Hector overheard that and told her where to find an stiff envelope in the racks. I dont know how he did all this without seeming rushed or harried. He didnt rush anyone but was very quick and helpful with each one of us. I didnt mind waiting in line today because I knew Hector was doing his utmost to keep the line moving. Hector is SUPERIOR postal worker!!

Terrible repeat experience. The employee there, Beth, has some kind of agenda, snapping on everyone for use of cell phones, address on the back of the envelopes etc., then spending 10 minutes chatting with another customer, creating an unnecessary long lines.
