171 Mill St., Apt. 104 Worcester, MA 01603. In this day and age its very sad that people cant even get Holiday packages delivered without the threat of them being stolen right off the porches. I am retired disabled, living by myself in a very nice apartment complex. I would like to thank my mail carrier, Michael, for his care and concern. I do 99% of my Christmas shopping online and by catalog. I get many many deliveries. Michael has made it a point to ring the bell to my apartment to let me know that he is here with packages. If there are alot or they are large, then he will bring them right down to my apartment and drop them off. And when I said I get a lot of packages… I get ALOT of packages! Thanks to him I got them all, nothing was stolen, nothing was taken, everything got to me safely. So, United States Post Office, you have one awesome employee and mail carrier. Im very grateful for all he did. And thanks to him, everybody I love will get their gifts.

The worst I have ever dealt with. I was suppose to have a delivery on Saturday and it never showed. Tracking said that they attempted and left a notice and that was BS there was no attempt nor a notice since I was home all day waiting for it, the doorbell was not rung which was a sign on my door stating to ring the bell for all deliveries. I went online every 15 minutes after 2pm to make sure I knew where it was. At 4:04pm that is when it was stated that they tried at 4:00pm. Which means that the driver did not try to deliver at all and drove by my home.There was no try or attempt by the driver. He should be fired for his crap job. By far the worst delivery service you can get. No one ever answers the phone and no one seems to care in this building department. I suggest that their building to be investigated for poor customer services.

Possibly the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Constantly refuses to bring packages to my apt door. Instantly leaves a peach slip, or sometimes not at all. Before Mothers Day I was supposed to receive an important package and was downstairs waiting for hours so they couldnt just peach slip and leave. What happens? They dont even leave a peach slip. No notice at all. To this very moment I still dont have that package. I filed 2 complaints already to no avail and it was supposed to be redelivered. Nobody will answer any phones and nobody knows where it even is. But, it was out for delivery! Nobody knows who worked on Saturday either but, they do know that it wasnt the regular post master. Awful, horrid, wretched, worst possible.

They usually do a pretty good job but not this time. Got a slip for a parcel on my door. The driver got the date wrong. When I brought the slip to the post office, they couldnt find the package. This was an expensive and important parcel that I needed yesterday, and now its missing. Unfortunately, theres nothing I can do but wait for them to "find it." Ultimately this review is pointless, because we all need things shipped to our houses, and we have no choice but to continually put up with this kind of stuff from USPS. They have a complex job, but its sad when Im more worried about their incompetence than I am actually having it stolen off my doorstep.

Agree with all other reviews. I have been there at all days of the week, at all times of day. There is ALWAYS a long line. Babies screaming. Nobody speaking English. A maximum of 2 workers at the desk. Everyone and everything takes forever. Phone is terrible. Nearly impossible to get a human at this branch on the phone. If you work until 5 you will never be able to get your mail at this post office. And stuff delivered to my house... is thrown on porch, not even stuffed in the mailbox.

Depending on who you talk to you will get a variety of different answers to the same question. I dealt with one guy that got some kind of pleasure out of telling me that everyone else I spoke to was wrong, he was right and they didnt have my package (they did). I literally got out of line, went to the back & waited to be seen by someone else who (magically!) found my package for me. Ive never met someone so content with not being able (or willing) to help me

Its a NO STAR I totally support the below reviews...I NEVER get my package on time..either they just throw it down the hallyway..or my package is lost...this never happens with UPS..the UPS delivery person is so nice...and delivers it to the door unlike this one....who always has a frown face....Its time that these guys should need some basic socalising skills to be taught..if not any PLEASE DELIVER IT TO THE DOOR ATLEAST...do your DUTY..

Incompetent. Their mail carriers seem to be allergic to the simple task of delivering a package. Junk mail reaches me on time, oh no problem. But a package of any kind that looks at all important? They might as well throw it in a lake. Dont believe any of the positive reviews, they are likely fake ones planted by this office.

This is a very busy office, but they are pretty quick and pleasant to deal with. I needed a passport and even though I had a few issues filling it out (my fault) I found the employees helpful. I think they deserve a better review for the volume of people they serve. Thank you for making my experiences pleasant.

thumbs down. not reliable and they lost the first package i ever ordered online and cant tell me anything other then, you have to find your carrier. like how am i suppose to locate my mail man or who ever has my package? isnt that your job? also i tried calling for a couple days now and no one has been answering

what a joke attempting to phone the PO about any address issues. After listening to every prompt to get to the right department, messages are left but NEVER returned. Does anyone actually answer the phone or work there??? How do you get ahold of the Post Master????

This is a level of hell! They never delivered nor did they even attempt to deliver. I have no slip and thus they cant track my package now. Contacting them is impossible at any hour. They are horrible in every way and i will pay to avoid them in the future.

AWFUL - i have tried time and time again to call them and try and locate my package (the tracking information was not working) and not a single message has ever been returned! WHY CANT THEY JUST ANSWER THE PHONE OR ATLEAST RESPOND TO MY MILLION MESSAGES!?

Was worried when I read the other reviews, but Ive used this post office several times and never had any problems in getting service or receiving/sending packages. The business hours especially, are much more convenient than my previous post office.

There is a terrible theft problem at this USPS location. It should be investigated. Im an online seller, they stole many of packages. And there a fat guy that works there I believe he is a manager his sooo rude.

They should be ashamed to call themselves a post office. They dont even have anyone to answer the phones! You have to leave a voicemail and they will "get back to you" which they dont.
