DHL send me an e-mail saying that my shipment was ready for pick up. I got there and nobody was at the front desk a guy walk infront of us and didnt say anything... the person behind me ring the bell and nobody came I did it one more time and the same guy came and told me he was busy because the other person went to lunch and he was all by himself,ask me to go home and come back tomorrow.... What kind of professional service is that? and I went back with the tracking number and he didnt want to look for it because he said that there was piles of them in the back and he will need help to find it. Ask me to call back a little before 5 and I did but a not so nice an obviously not well educated lady answer and when I said Good evening I have a question...she didnt let me finish saying that and hang up the phone. What is going on people? if you dont know how to deal with costumers please find another job...

Work for a very large company and we shipped a product to a customer. The package came back as "undeliverable as addressed, contact sender" which is us. I contacted this post office an hour after this notice was posted asking if they had the package in the office to see if the customer could pick it up. He put me on hold for 10 min because he had to find the lady who could look that up, then told me she was on lunch and he did not know how to do that... I have been to my own local post office in this situation and the lady walked in back and found my box with my name on it, handed it to me and I was off in 5 min... this place is terrible.

closes at 12 noon on new years eve, only notice was a tiny note on the door among like 15 other superfluous notes all over the door. People were trying the door every 15 seconds surprised to see it closed so early. Normally i wouldnt care if it was any old business but that is my mailbox in there and now youve locked it away. I had something in there i really needed for tonight. Thanks for ruining my holiday.
