Went in to have passport done for upcoming trip, lady said it would be a moment and went and talked to someone and a other empliyee came out and helped with counter. Lady then said she needed to belp the others in line first then after I patiently waited she said she coulnt help me. Never had a worse customer service experince. I reccomend the passport offi e at the hanover nh post office highly. Was very well taken care of there

Ill be one of the first to balk and boo at the post offices inconvenient hours for the working person that being said Ive always had a pleasant experience at this post office. All my interactions with the employees have made me slightly regret all the bad things I say about the hours because they have been truly polite and helpful. There are good people working here that make up for the failings of the institution.

This post office is usually very busy especially at the holidays and last week we all groaned as someone was in line with 6 huge boxes but the clerks were pleasant by the time it was my turn. I appreciate this local business. Ive often run in for a card to send off out of state last minute. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

Lazy, rude. Was in line before 5 but then the lady said "Sir, we are closed at 5. Im sorry we cant take anyone else". Typical New Hampshire attitude. Happy to read about USPS cutbacks and layoffs. Workers at this post office would be a great place to start.

Always friendly service even if they are busy. Sometimes there is a line but no where near as long as the Hanover Post Office. And there is free parking!
