Horrible service! I called to see if they blow dried she said as long as its not long or super curly. Ok! Its not, so I go in she starts my hair, I have very damaged hair she doesnt even bother to put a cream on, keeps hitting me with brush, blow drying with out a tip on dryer, my hair just keeps getting freezy! I asked for moisturiser and said oh Yeah! Now my hair looks like my 5 year old did it! OH YEAH! then has the nerves to tell me I told you we dont blow dry, Im like no you didnt! You said as long as its not curly! Dont come here .........

I used to pay $30+ per hair cut at Changes. They were great, but I was never 100% happy with any haircut. I saw an ad on Craigslist for a free haircut from Supercuts, so I gave it a shot. Ive had my hair cut there twice. The first time I was 100% satisfied and the second I was 95% satisfied. My daughter had her hair cut there twice. The first time we were 100% satisfied and the second we were 50% satisfied. She has difficult fine thin straight hair. I will be going back and she probably wont.

Terrible. I went for to get my hair straightened and the employee straight up said they didnt do that. What kind of salon doesnt do straightening? So I agreed for a washing and blow drying. She even brought out the straightener - because what else do you straighten with? I had to go home and immediately start doing my hair by myself to fix the frizzy, puffy mess she left me with. Ridiculous.

I went three times and every time she has given me the most worst haircut. I will never go to her again.If you really want a nice hair cut please avoid them.I am totally dissatisfied with their way haircuts

I went to get a haircut before classes started. Karen did a great job, I love the layers and the angling in the front! Recommend this place to anyone who wants a great cut for an affordable price.

My son was having a hard time letting some one cut his hair. Karen and him hit it off great and getting haircut is no longer a crisis. Call if your going on Saturday or Sunday they get very busy.

The stylist I always request to cut my hair is awesome!! Every time I tell her how I want it cut, shes on point! I hope she never leaves!! :)
