Im not one to usually do this but I wanted to share my experience. I called the salon to make an appointment on Sunday morning. I wanted a trendy hair cut and highlight so I though I would be safe going to your salon because of its reputation. Unfortunately its probably the worst cut and color I have ever gotten. I wanted blonde highlights and the stylist advised I should just color my whole head because it would look highlighted because of how my hair was. Instead of blond highlights my whole had had a blonde:orange tint. I wanted a side under cut style and showed pictures and even asked the stylist if she had done the cut before, she seemed offended and told me shes been cutting hair for 35 years. I trusted her. The cut is not what I had asked for and looks like it was done by someone who he never cut hair in their life. I was so upset I almost didnt go to work on Monday and have already booked an appointment with another salon to try to repair the cut. I payed $175 when I probably would have gotten the same or better of a cut from cost cutters for $30. My aunt goes to the salon and has nothing but great things to say but my experience was unfortunately the opposite. As I said Im not usually one to complain but if writing this helps stop someone else from the same experience as me than it was worth my time. Regards,

They dont seem to keep hair stylists very long. My hair has been done there several times; its hit or miss as to how well they do it. I have a colored streak in my hair and the last time they didnt even foil it just slapped it on different places of my hair. Did not come out well. Will b finding another salon. Very expensive for what they actually have for expertise.
