I used the online check in 1 hour early. Had an appointment set up and arrived 15 minutes early. When I got there I waited to tell them Iwas checking in but they just told me to sit down. I waited until 3 other people on line were done. Right as I was about to go up another person came in and they asked him if he was the 440 appointment, I had a 430 appointment. Without checking with me they took the guy so I walked out. Horrible customer service.

I take my family here every two weeks to get cuts. I have been there few times where a person with appointment will get priority since they made the effort to set a time. But today I was told there were people in front of me because they were there first. So dont set appointments since they wont honor it. Decided to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Took my girls to get haircuts. Both stylists listened to what they wanted done. My kids were comfortable. Stylists were polite and my kids had a great experience. Will be going back before school starts.
