The last time I went was due to my husband having a credit there and I was in an emergency situation. They did good work, if a little pricey, and I got a rental car for the time that my car was there. I dont typically go there, however, because Ive run into issues with service guys constantly telling me that I need more work to my car than what Im there for and pushing all kinds of extra services on me - treating them like dire needs rather than minor things that do not affect the integrity or safety of the vehicle. Im sure theyre doing their jobs, but I do not like this pushy behavior. There was a time that I took a car in for an inspection and they failed me due to a problem with the front end and said something was loose, asked me I wanted him to fix it right there but it would have cost me a couple hundred bucks. My father in law works in a body shop and worked very closely with a mechanic. He took it in to take a look at it and figure out what they said the problem was. They said that the mechanic from Meineke was being very picky as it was barely an issue at all but they tightened it up anyway. When I went back to Meineke to get it reinspected, the mechanic that did the inspection this time told me that it was still "too loose" and he also found something else allegedly wrong with the car, and of course offered to fix these issues again for me so that I could pass. I politely turned him down and talked to my father-in-law again who told me that they were clearly trying to gauge me for money for work that did not have to be done, which is how I felt about it, too. I took my car to a different place (reputable and good reputation) and they passed me with flying colors. Of course I had the rejection sticker on there and they asked why I hadnt gone back to the original place to get it done for free. When I explained my situation and what I was told they all laughed and said that they had many customers that complained about Meineke doing the same exact thing to them. They assured me that the issues they told me I had were not issues at all and that I should steer clear of Meineke if I ever wanted to pay decent prices. This was not the only time I had experienced something like this at that location. They tried to gauge me for tires that I didnt need, special services during an oil change that they claimed were crucial to my car. Its never the gentleman who works behind the desk, however, just the mechanics themselves. Like I said, recently I went back because I had no choice, and they did great work and offered me a rental car. This is why my review is a 3 star one and not a 1 star.

Life is easier when you can go online/mobile app to schedule an appointment. I can select what I need and see the available time slots. I had a scheduled Saturday 8:00am appoint for an oil change, top off fluids, and wiper change. The staff was really nice and had me out of there 30 minutes later. The staff made a handful of maintenance suggestions based on the cars condition/mileage and it was nice to not feel forced into doing those things at this time. Its tough finding an auto shop/mechanic that doesnt feel like they are pressuring you into doing something to your car that isnt immediately needed. I would definitely recommend coming here again for my future needs.

These people cant be trusted. They only care about their customers money and how much of it they can get, An oil change is about all you can trust these guys with. And even then your taking a chance. If your old or female they might try to sell you something you dont need. And if you want the old part they suppositively changed they will say its at the bottom of the dumpster or they cant find it.Total Scumbags is what they are. There is a special place in hell waiting for these people. Go somewhere else for car service or repairs or risk getting ripped off.

I searched high and low for a mechanic with good reasonable prices. Joe Stevens the manager was SOOOO incredibly nice and all the guys there seem like such hard workers! They did an excellent job on my car and really go everything all fixed and ready for the winter for me and my family! Thank you guys! We will definitely be returning!! PS there are chairs for a waiting area which some places dont have and also they had a subaru for a free rental I could use for the day so I didnt miss work! Loved it! :)

Said it would be 150 to flush coolant and heater core they charged 300 and heater core wasnt flushed properly they just flushed the system without pulling the heater core hoses and flushing the heater core so heat worked when we picked it up but stopped working 2 days later I pulled the hoses myself and flushed heater core and it has worked ever since good luck

They dont even deserve a star! Real friendly until they get your car up on the hoist! Went in for rear brakes with a quote for $200 ended to be $700+ They lied about parts that were needed and refused to take the car off the lift because it was undrivable now!! Just drove it in for a quote and got totally ripped off!! Buyer beware!
